He is currently a teacher in the Wichita Falls ISD, a Minister at the Iowa Park, Texas Church of Christ and he is considered by many to be an expert on our United States Constitution. Bill enjoys sharing that knowledge with the folks of North Central and West Texas on his popular weekend radio show American Liberty with Bill Lockwood. Bill has also had the pleasure of hosting many nationally known guests on American Liberty with Bill Lockwood. Bill brings his special brand of political insight to your radio every weekend in Wichita Falls, Lubbock and Abilene, Texas.
