I want you to think about a few things…

First, based on everything we know, Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries on the planet.

Second, think about Hunter Biden’s laptop. It offered proof that President Joe Biden is perhaps the most corrupt traitor in U.S. political history. Biden is the “Big Guy” who gets a piece of every dirty deal outside the USA. And Ukraine (along with China) is the center of his corruption.

Third, think about all the liars, frauds and sellouts in the D.C. swamp. How do they get filthy rich? It’s not from their $175,000 salaries. That’s chump change.

The D.C. politicians take a piece of every dirty deal on foreign soil: government contracts, foreign aid, military spending, even humanitarian aid (think about the Clintons in Haiti after the massive earthquake). Deals on foreign soil are a license to steal — especially during “the fog of war,” thousands of miles away from home (and financial oversight).

Now think about the Ukraine-Russian war. Why do you think the D.C. politicians are lined up to give our money away to Ukraine? They couldn’t care less about refugees, or injured children. My theory is our politicians are falling over themselves to give $14 billion to Ukraine because they get a cut of every dollar sent deposited into their offshore accounts.

This is how politicians get rich. This is their license to steal. The more money we send, the bigger their cut. This is one of the biggest deals ever.

This money will be carved up like a Halloween pumpkin: first by the Biden crime family; then by all the Democrat senators and representatives who passed the bill; then Mitch McConnell and a few RINO Republican frauds will take their cut for betraying their country; and finally Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his crooked politicians and business partners will siphon off their share.

How big is this opportunity? The Clintons just decided to reopen their Clinton Global Initiative charity. The Clintons smell dirty money.

Think about this. Democrats and RINO Republicans never came close in four years under President Donald Trump to allotting $14 billion to build our wall, to secure our OWN American borders… while we’re under relentless assault by millions of foreign invaders… who are bankrupting our health care system, public school system and Social Security system… all while adding trillions to our national debt.

Neither Democrats nor RINO Republicans cared one iota about our borders, or our national sovereignty, or the foreign invasion of our country.

But with Ukraine, they made a $14 billion decision in a day. Why? Because they can’t steal billions off the top inside America. Too many watchdogs and gadflies are watching. The D.C. swamp gets filthy rich through foreign aid, on foreign soil, in corrupt countries like Ukraine.

With our own country in economic distress (see $7-per-gallon gas and massive inflation), a deep recession coming and trillions already in debt, it’s literally the definition of insanity to give $14 billion of taxpayer money to Ukraine. Do the American taxpayers get a vote on this?

I know “the Big Guy” is happy. Biden probably takes his 10% off the top. I’m certain everyone in Congress is thrilled to get their piece of the pie. But that’s only the start for the infamous D.C. swamp.

Billions will likely go to “humanitarian groups” controlled by George Soros, who will use this windfall to fund the destruction of America.

Billions will go to U.S. defense contractors, who will say “thank you” by using 10% off the top for donations to Biden and other Democrats in Congress who passed the bill. And inside these aid packages, contractors are awarded “no bid” contracts. No competition. How convenient for friends of Biden.

Millions will be distributed to the obedient mainstream media — who convinced the American people to support this boondoggle by always showing images of war favorable to Ukraine.

Wouldn’t you think if the GOP were on our side, they’d either vote “no” or dramatically lower the amount? Wouldn’t you think they’d put restrictions on the money that every cent be accounted for by U.S. government watchdogs?

Wouldn’t you think they’d stipulate that the Ukraine money only be approved if Congress also approves $14 billion for the wall to secure our border? Wouldn’t you think they’d stipulate the money only be approved if Biden reopens drilling in the USA and restarts the Keystone Pipeline?

But no one cares. They’re all crooks, thieves and scam artists who go to D.C. to sell out their country for a few pieces of gold. The Ukraine-Russia war is the greatest thing to happen to politicians since 9/11 and the COVID-19 pandemic.

You know what Democrats say: “Never let a crisis go to waste.”

It’s time for your red pill. Something smells rotten in Ukraine. The story is rotten, rancid, hinky, the story just doesn’t add up.

Biden and the media desperately want you to believe Russia is the bad guy and Ukraine is a little angel. They want you to fall in love with underdog Ukraine. They want you to support America getting involved on behalf of Ukraine.

To get your support, they need the media to sell you a bill of goods. But it just doesn’t add up. First, Biden is the one who funded Russia’s invasion. Biden killed our pipelines, killed coal, banned drilling, which made us dependent on Russian oil, which made Russia filthy rich and arrogant. Biden paid for this war.

Second, if Putin is the “bad guy,” if Russia is evil, why is Biden continuing to buy billions of dollars of oil from Russia every day? Does this make sense?

Unless it’s pure “commie theater.”

Follow the dots. Biden is a feeble, feckless, old puppet with dementia. George Soros pulls Biden’s strings. Soros is on side of Ukraine. Soros recently said the whole world must support Ukraine. It turns out Soros funded Zelensky and then installed him as president of Ukraine- one of the most corrupt nations on the earth.

Keep in mind, evil billionaire Soros is obsessed with hatred for America. He desperately wants to destroy our country. Soros has funded the invasion of our borders. He helps pay for illegal aliens (many of them criminals, MS-13 gang bangers, murderers) to enter America.

Soros also funded and elected all the horrible, communist DA’s across America. Soros’ DA’s are hell bent on destroying America. They have turned our big cities into killing zones where murderers run free, without even posting bail, while law-abiding citizens are stripped of guns and persecuted for defending themselves.

Soros has paid for the destruction of America. Soros is one of the most evil enemies in our history. If Soros funded the leaders of Ukraine, and put them in power, this has to be a trap. Ukraine must be a “bad guy.”

Now we come to the mainstream fake news media.

Has the media ever told the truth in the seven years since Trump came down that escalator? It’s been nonstop lies, fraud, and propaganda. The media tells you any lie that advances the cause of Democrats, Soros and the destruction of America.

Now after seven years of lies and propaganda, suddenly you trust the media? You believe this one time they’re telling the truth? This one time they have America’s best interests at heart? Even though (pure coincidence) Soros is on the same side as the media. They’re all one big happy family on the side of Ukraine.

I’ll tell what I think.

1. I think this war is a WMD – a weapon of mass distraction to get your mind off the disaster Biden has created at home- open borders, massive inflation, vaccine mandates crippling the economy, the worst crime wave in history, the worst retreat in US military history in Afghanistan, and $6 per gallon gas.

2. This is pure “wag the dog” theatre, to save Biden from the worst polls in modern history. Instead of hating Biden, they want you to hate Putin.

3. This is all part of George Soros and Klaus Schwab’s “Great Reset.” They want to make us all obedient serfs and slaves. They need World War III as a distraction while they destroy America, capitalism, and take your freedoms away.

Here’s my final conclusion. I’m not “for” Russia. I’ll never be a fan of Putin. He’s out for only himself and a new dominant Russian empire. I’m not telling you to take Russia’s side. They are “bad guys.”

But I know if Soros is behind Ukraine, then Ukraine is also a “bad guy.” If Soros wants us involved, I know this war is not in America’s best interest. I know the media is feeding us a load of lies and propaganda- under Soros’ direction.

Like President Trump, I have only one dog in this hunt. I’m ONLY for “America First.” This war is B.S. It doesn’t involve us. We should not be sending billions of dollars in aid, or sending billions in military weapons to Ukraine. I don’t want this to turn into WWIII. I don’t want my kids, or your kids dying over Ukraine. We need to stay a million miles away from this conflict.

This isn’t war, it’s commie theater. It’s a WMD – weapon of mass distraction. Don’t believe a thing you read, or see coming from the fake news media.

Take your red pill and just say “NO” to this wag the dog moment.

Bill Lockwood: Tucker Carlson vs. Dick Morris 4 (1)

Tucker Carlson of Fox News has come under attack for his libertarian ideals. This has particularly irked the internationalists, Republican and Democrat, who wish America to be forever entangled in foreign alliances and eternally obligated to fight foreign wars.

Dick Morris writes today in Newsmax magazine that “Tucker Carlson Went Off the Rails Backing Putin, Shame on Him.” Tucker Carlson has not appointed anyone to defend himself against the internationalist campaign to discredit him, and I would be the last one to be so appointed. However, having followed Carlson carefully for a long period of time, and subscribing to the identical worldview and foreign policy ideal as he advocates, I take in hand to answer Dick Morris.

First, Morris declares that Carlson “supports” the Russian dictator, and “would back Russia over innocent Ukraine.” This is bogus. Carlson has continually, upon a regular basis, declared a position of NEUTRALITY and NON-INTERVENTION in foreign wars. To paint this as “support” for Putin and dictatorships over “innocent” people is pretty despicable. Dick Morris: how does neutrality support one over the other? Why not state Carlson’s position exactly?

To the “internationalists” of the world, which in reality means they favor continual interventionism at the expense of the American taxpayer, the most egregious transgression is non-intervention. Morris exposes himself.

Second, Morris criticizes Carlson for supposing that Biden has been pushing for war with Russia for months. Morris pooh-poohs this as pure nonsense and points out that Biden is NOT pushing for war and it is all Putin’s fault.

In other words, according to Morris, if Putin would just back off, we would not have to go to war with him. It is all Putin’s doing.

Morris is suffering from a lack of common sense. The Democrats have been painting Russia as the number one problem in the world for months and months. Their hypocritical and manufactured criticism of Donald Trump was that he was a Russian puppet and that Putin was public enemy #1.

Third, to support his US Interventionism, Morris says that it is Russia, not China who “controls the world’s largest nuclear arsenal.” Several things here. One, if so, why has the Democratic Party been involved in supporting the nuclear program of Russia, beginning with the Obama Administration’s Uranium One deal that gave Russia an interest in a large portion of America’s uranium?

Two, Morris is playing subterfuge. The largest army in the world belongs to CHINA. This is not to downplay what is going on in Ukraine at this hour, but let us not pretend that China is only an “emerging threat.”

Fourth, and the most important point, is that Morris states that Putin’s actions constitute “an immediate threat to the United States and our allies.”

Granted that our allies in Europe are immediately under attack. But Carlson’s point, and mine also, is: What has this to do with American interests? This is not to ignore the crisis in Ukraine, but to ask—What exactly is the American interest there? Listen carefully to Morris answer this:

Ukraine is not ‘vital’ to the U.S.? I guess the Sudetenland, Austria, Czechoslovakia, and the Polish corridor weren’t either, until they were, and led to a cascade of troubles we now call WW II.

Boil this down. Logically, this means that any incursion anywhere in the world could possibly escalate into greater conflicts and even wars in which America must be involved. So, per Morris, we are bound by “moral obligation” to send our sons and daughters everywhere wrongs are committed and die for those nations. Am I the only one who sees something drastically wrong with this policy?

Even with the outbreak of World War II, America wanted to remain neutral. According to Navy Commander Robert Stinnett, who was later Research Fellow at the Independent Institute, and author of the book Day of Deceit: The Truth About FDR and Pearl Harbor, the American people were decidedly against the United States entrance into WWII. It was the duplicitous FDR who helped provoke the Japanese to attack Pearl Harbor and give us an excuse to get into the war. But Stinnett “justifies” this treasonous act of FDR because he got us “out of” a non-interventionist policy (which globalists call “Isolationism”) and helped create the new foreign policy of “internationalism.”

Unfortunately, Morris suffers from being an “internationalist” first, and an American second. The American people are tired of the warmongering of our leaders across the globe while we ourselves are under assault on our southern border, turning our inner cities into war zones. If we cannot even control our own borders or clean up our own cities, why bang the drums for war on foreign soil?

 

 

John Kachelman, Jr.: Lunacy In Real Time 4 (1)

You can ignore this, but you cannot escape it!

I love words—their etymology is an amazing study; their composition knits an amazing narrative.

The word of the day for me is the noun “lunacy.” Its earliest use is found in the 1540s and describes the “condition of being a lunatic.” Originally this was used in reference to intermittent periods of insanity, such as were believed to be triggered by the moon’s cycle (hence the tern “lunar” was incorporated and especially during the “full-moon” periods). In later legal use this term evolved to reference any unsoundness (ill-healthy) of mind rendering one incapable of civil transactions or management of personal affairs. A weakened sense is an “act of madness or folly” used from the 1580s.

“Lunacy” is the direct opposite of “reason.” The one devoid of reason is a lunatic.

Immediately associated is the “mental health” of King Nebuchadnezzar as described in Daniel 4. The King “lost” all mental health when he trusted in himself. The King regained his mental health when he returned and submitted to God for directions. This is found in 4:34-36, “But…I…raised my eyes toward heaven and my reason returned to me, and I blessed the Most High and praised and honored Him who lives forever; for His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His kingdom endures from generation to generation. All the inhabitants of the earth are of no account, but He does according to His will among the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of earth; and no one can fend off His hand or say to Him, ‘What have You done?’ At that time my reason returned to me.”

Currently the USA is living in real-time lunacy!

• Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate to the US must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate gang member or terrorist who jumps the southern fence is welcome.

• $5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for “free” health care is not.

• If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free.

• People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.

• We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan for us.

• Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.

• Criminals are caught-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it’s a violation of THEIR rights.

• And…pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us “racists”

“Nothing makes sense anymore – no values, no morals, and no civility. People are dying of a Chinese virus, but it’s racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it began in China.  We are clearly living in an upside-down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where moral is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong but killing unborn babies is okay!                                                

 “WE have ALL been forewarned: ISAIAH 5:20 – Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.  

Wake up America, the great unsinkable ship “America” has hit an iceberg, it’s taking on water, and is sinking fast. We Americans are drowning. Speak up while you still have breath and a voice for soon you will have neither if you don’t!

“Some days you’re the dog; some days you’re the hydrant.”

Well said and you can add multiple points from the current climate of lunacy that is controlling the population’s thoughts and behaviors.

Illustrating the reality of this condition is the below report that you will say “absurd!” BUT, is it any more absurd than the daily behaviors so visible by our current society?  The Scripture is very specific in teaching that when mankind forsakes God and trusts in his own understanding that “reason” is lost. History is very specific in validating that when a nation loses its “reason” because it has forsaken God and trusted in his own understanding, it will be erased. The below report is astonishing but it lays bare and exposes the folly of our culture. It can be used for comedic scoffing but the danger in doing that is that we blind ourselves to the reality of our decaying culture.

Act incredulous that this is not happening and will not impact your life, but it is a reality that you will eventually accept. Joke about it; forward memes about it; ignore it; criticize it…but it is a real-time destructive factor in your civility and family!

Another word from the 1540s is the adjective “insidious.” It refers to that which is “deceitful, cunning, artful, treacherous.” It is a compound word from one term meaning to “plot, snare, ambush,” and from a second meaning to “sit on, occupy.” It is used to refer to cunning actions suggesting that the unfriendly is lying in wait, intending to entrap.

Our real-time lunacy is empowered by those intent on using cunning fears to entrap and disable our reason. We are being convinced that truth is no longer absolute; that science is the controlling god; that a fluid standard of right/wrong is within the individual’s choice; that following the multitudes in lunacy is the best thing to do.

An Italian Artist Auctioned Off an ‘Invisible Sculpture’ for $18,300. It’s Made Literally of Nothing

From the department of “They sold that for how much?!” comes today’s story, about an Italian artist who, for the cool price of €15,000 ($18,300), recently auctioned an artwork that is… well, nothing.

Last month, the 67-year-old artist Salvatore Garau sold an “immaterial sculpture”—which is to say that it doesn’t exist.

To be fair, the artist might disagree on conceptual grounds. For Garau, the artwork, titled lo sono (which translates to “I am”), finds form in its own nothingness. “The vacuum is nothing more than a space full of energy, and even if we empty it and there is nothing left, according to the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, that nothing has a weight,” he told the Spanish news outlet Diario AS. “Therefore, it has energy that is condensed and transformed into particles, that is, into us.”

Lo Sono went up for sale in May at the Italian auction house Art-Rite. The pre-sale estimate valued the piece between €6,000-9,000, according to AS, but competing bidders pushed the price tag to €15,000.

The lucky buyer went home with a certificate of authenticity and a set of instructions: the work, per Garau, must be exhibited in a private house in a roughly five-by-five-foot space free of obstruction.

“When I decide to ‘exhibit’ an immaterial sculpture in a given space, that space will concentrate a certain amount and density of thoughts at a precise point, creating a sculpture that, from my title, will only take the most varied forms,” the artist went on.

If you thought that was artsy claptrap, he goes on to draw a rather lofty comparison to the work: “After all, don’t we shape a God we’ve never seen?” he added.

The artist didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

Lo Sono isn’t the only artwork of its kind in Garau’s oeuvre. In February of this year, at the Piazza Della Scala in Milan, the artist exhibited BUDDHA IN CONTEMPLATION, a similarly invisible sculpture demarcated by a square of tape on a cobble-stoned walkway. Meanwhile, this week, he installed APHRODITE CRIES in front of the New York City stock exchange. The effort, evidenced by an empty white circle, was supported by the Italian Cultural Institute.

“You don’t see it but it exists; it is made of air and spirit,” he explained in a video documenting the Milan piece. “It is a work that asks you to activate the power of the imagination, a power that anyone has, even those who don’t believe they have it.”

Indeed, many people on the internet seem to be having trouble tapping into that power. “So you really just taped a square and called that a sculpture?” reads the most-liked comment on the video page.

Bill Lockwood: Deep State Government—A Life of Its Own 4 (1)

Anyone who has witnessed either a community or a church tearing apart because of rumors, gossip, innuendo’s and idle talk can testify to the fact these types of troubles sometimes take on a life of their own. The general feeling is that, at some point, as situations become more aggravated, one cannot stop it. Whatever may be the initial cause and regardless of how that problem may have become settled by the initial participants, the issues continue to live. This is simply human nature.

It is for this reason that Jesus commanded, “Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are with him in the way; lest haply the adversary delivers you to the judge, the judge delivers you to the officer, and you are cast into prison” (Matt. 5:25). Simply put, if possible, do not allow differences to grow.

The principle is the same with the nature of government, since government is only comprised of fallible humans. The very reason our Founders insisted upon a small government is not only because all of human history demonstrates suffering of individuals at the hands of their own political leaders, but that governing systems that become too large with power gravitating to a central office are unable to be effectively controlled by individuals—in spite of the fact that it is to be “of, by, and for the people.” It is individual freedom that they were after.

Thomas Jefferson bluntly observed that he wanted government simple. “I am for government rigorously frugal and simple.” As far back as 1824, he criticized the size of our government. “I think, myself, that we have more machinery of government than is necessary, too many parasites living on the labor of the industrious.” This was not merely personal preference. It was wisdom speaking.

Carelessly casting aside the warnings of the Founders, Americans have allowed all power to coalesce to Washington, D.C. The impediments placed in the Constitution by the Founders to forestall the growth of power are antiquated relics of dusty history. And the sociology of the situation is such that this gigantic leviathan that we have suffered to rule now takes on a life of its own. Some call it The Deep State. Others, The Establishment. Still others referred to it as The Shadow Government.

Whatever label we might put upon it, there is clearly a legion of government bureaucrats deeply buried within the halls of government. These bureaucrats are totalitarian in nature, communist in orientation, and pound out numberless rules, regulations, decrees to control the lives of once-free Americans. It is a fantasy that our elected leaders are in control.

Consider the presidency of Donald Trump and only one small sampling of the Deep State at work.

We now learn that the Justice Department, and specifically its investigative arm, the FBI, while Trump was the chief executive officer of the United States, illegally surveilled Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani during his conversations with Trump on iCloud. This occurred during the manufactured “Russiagate” scandal—pressed by Democrats and the MSM.

Not only was the entire “Russiagate” a red herring, born and bred within the inner recesses of our own government, but the Justice Department itself acted in Mao-like fashion against its own sitting president. Here is the totalitarian “permanent state” or cabal working to destroy Trump from within.

Siding with the rogue FBI is the MSM—The New York Times, The Washington Post, and NBC News—who have now been forced to retract incorrect stories about Rudy Guiliani. They all falsely reported that he had been briefed about the “Russian intelligence influence operation” that had supposedly targeted him. Never mind the clear evidence that was on the table involving the entire Biden syndicate in laundering money from foreign nations. Go punish Guiliani and Trump.

Now more. Within the last two weeks federal investigators carried out a search warrant at the home and office of Guiliani because of his alleged ties to Ukraine — all based upon incorrect information (see Epoch Times, 5-2-21).

Alan Dershowitz, a constitutional lawyer, openly stated that the FBI’s raid on Guiliani’s apartment violated the Constitution. “This was just a misuse of the search and seizure power. Initially, it was turned down; now it was approved, both by a judge and by the attorney general of the United States, so it wasn’t lawless action, but I believe that they acted inconsistently with both the spirit and the letter of the Constitution and that there should be remedies of it.”

Kash Patel, the lawyer from Queens, New York, who served in senior posts during Trump’s Administration, including senior advisor to the Director of National Intelligence, is also facing a “Justice Department investigation.” Patel had assisted Rep. David Nunes’s investigation of crimes and abuses committed during the FBI’s operation targeting the Trump campaign. He had helped uncover the Democratic-led hoax called “Russiagate.” This is too much for the Democratic-controlled government. Patel is facing payback–an “official” Justice Department investigation.

Apparently, Donald Trump was president “on paper only.” Americans have lost control of their government. The Swamp has always ruled, and now with the Biden Administration they are ensuring no one like Trump will ever take office again. Government “of, by, and for the people” has indeed “perished from the earth” – at least for now.

Representatives Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler set a very dangerous precedent when they refused to conduct impeachment hearings according to constitutional due process standards. Democrats are so desperate for power that they would overturn the election of a President of the United States based on their biased and partisan interpretation of his telephone conversation with a foreign leader.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was initially reluctant to risk the electoral backlash of impeachment. She finally bowed to far-left pressure, ignoring the President’s astounding economic and foreign policy successes. Her worst nightmare is coming true — rising approval for President Trump and rising disapproval for the Democrat Party and their presidential candidates.

This is because the impeachment process we are witnessing is decidedly un-American. Using secretive, totalitarian-style, one-party interrogations is not due process and is unworthy of a constitutional republic.

Democrats ignored the constitutional standard for impeachment to remove a president:  “Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.”  No unbiased  adjudicator could conclude that President Trump’s telephone discussion with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky is an impeachable offense. Far from a “high crime,” the President was carrying out his duty to the people of the United States. He was guarding our treasure and protecting our national integrity. Ukraine has been one of the most corrupt nations in the world, and he was right to request an investigation. If taxpayer funded aide was used as leverage to enrich the former vice president’s son, the American people should know.

Instead of thanking the President for his diligence, Democrats in Congress had the temerity to accuse him of committing an “abuse of power.” The Executive Branch of the United States government is separate and co-equal. George Washington University law professor and constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley told the House Judiciary Committee that it would be Congress abusing power if they try to stop the President from exercising his constitutional prerogatives. Schiff, Nader and Pelosi ignored that unbiased counsel.

They have chosen instead to drag the country through an impeachment process while trampling the constitutional and due process rights of a sitting President. If they ignore his rights, why would they respect those of the average citizen?

Due process rules are not reserved to criminal trials alone. They are essentially the same in regulatory and administrative hearings. Those rules reach even to private entities operating under “color of law.” To suggest that a proceeding as grave as a presidential impeachment need not follow the same basic procedural rules of fairness is ludicrous on its face.

Hearsay is excluded from evidence in court proceedings because it is notoriously unreliable. Yet Deputy Assistant Secretary of State George Kent and acting U.S. ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor were called before the House Intelligence Committee with great pomp and ceremony to offer only hearsay. Defendants always have a right to confront their accusers, yet the “whistleblower” remains an anonymous figure.

Adam Schiff went beyond hearsay to outright falsehood. Speaking on the floor of Congress, he reported that President Trump said to President Zelensky, “I want you to dig up dirt on my opponent and lots of it.” The President said nothing of the kind. Schiff later claimed it was a “parody.”  This is the same Adam Schiff who said he had incontrovertible evidence that President Trump colluded with Russia. The only conclusion supported by evidence is that Adam Schiff is a pathological liar.

Democrats also violated the principle that the accused has a right to a vigorous defense. The earliest hearings were closed to Republicans. Information from those inquiries was selectively leaked to the press. Depositions were taken in secret. Rep. Andy Biggs, Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, compared the sessions to Soviet secret hearings. He proposed a resolution on the House floor to condemn and censure Schiff, but of course House Democrats tabled the proposal.

Long gone is the Democratic Party of President John F. Kennedy, Vice President Hubert Humphrey, Senators Scoop Jackson and Sam Nunn. It is now a party of hardcore leftists, more aligned with Karl Marx than Thomas Jefferson. They are now completely driven by extreme leftist ideology.  Lacking evidence that President Trump committed any crime or even did anything morally wrong, they recklessly passed articles of impeachment, with no regard to the great damage they are doing to our Republic. The Democratic Party once had statesmen, but it is now the refuge of demagogues.

Their Stalinist impeachment show trial demonstrated gross disrespect for our elections and the peaceful transition of power. This has been nothing less than an attempted coup d’etat, but these de facto communist revolutionaries will face the wrath of the American voter. Tuesday, November 3, 2020 will be a day of reckoning.
