Alex Newman: DHS Paints Critics of COVID Mandates & Vote Fraud as Terrorists 5 (1)

by Alex Newman

Americans opposed to COVID lockdowns and other government edicts supposedly related to the virus, as well as the “extremists” who believe the 2020 election was rigged, are at the top of the list of potential terror threats to the United States, according to a new advisory issued by the Biden administration’s Department of Homeland Security. “Conspiracy theorists” and purveyors of what the feds consider “disinformation” are now firmly in the crosshairs.

Through a bulletin issued by the National Terrorism Advisory System late last week, the increasingly discredited department, which also oversees the out-of-control Southern border, painted everyday Americans as the most significant terrorist threat to America. Establishment media outlets happily regurgitated the talking points.

Summary of Terrorism Threat to the U.S. Homeland

The Secretary of Homeland Security has issued a new National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) Bulletin regarding the current heightened threat environment across the United States.  The Homeland continues to face a diverse and challenging threat environment leading up to and following the 20th Anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks as well religious holidays we assess could serve as a catalyst for acts of targeted violence. These threats include those posed by domestic terrorists, individuals and groups engaged in grievance-based violence, and those inspired or motivated by foreign terrorists and other malign foreign influences. These actors are increasingly exploiting online forums to influence and spread violent extremist narratives and promote violent activity. Such threats are also exacerbated by impacts of the ongoing global pandemic, including grievances over public health safety measures and perceived government restrictions.

Duration

Issued:  August 13, 2021 02:00 pm
Expires:  November 11, 2021 02:00 pm

Additional Details

  • Through the remainder of 2021, racially- or ethnically-motivated violent extremists (RMVEs) and anti-government/anti-authority violent extremists will remain a national threat priority for the United States. These extremists may seek to exploit the emergence of COVID-19 variants by viewing the potential re-establishment of public health restrictions across the United States as a rationale to conduct attacks.  Pandemic-related stressors have contributed to increased societal strains and tensions, driving several plots by domestic violent extremists, and they may contribute to more violence this year.
  • Additionally, leading up to the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, Al-Qa’ida in the Arabian Peninsula recently released its first English-language copy of Inspire magazine in over four years, which demonstrates that foreign terrorist organizations continue efforts to inspire U.S.-based individuals susceptible to violent extremist influences.
  • Historically, mass-casualty domestic violent extremist attacks linked to RMVEs have targeted houses of worship and crowded commercial facilities or gatherings. Some RMVEs advocate via online platforms for a race war and have stated that civil disorder provides opportunities to engage in violence in furtherance of ideological objectives. The reopening of institutions, including schools, as well as several dates of religious significance over the next few months, could also provide increased targets of opportunity for violence though there are currently no credible or imminent threats identified to these locations.
  • Foreign and domestic threat actors, to include foreign intelligence services, international terrorist groups and domestic violent extremists, continue to introduce, amplify, and disseminate narratives online that promote violence, and have called for violence against elected officials, political representatives, government facilities, law enforcement, religious communities or commercial facilities, and perceived ideologically-opposed individuals. There are also continued, non-specific calls for violence on multiple online platforms associated with DVE ideologies or conspiracy theories on perceived election fraud and alleged reinstatement, and responses to anticipated restrictions relating to the increasing COVID cases.
  • Ideologically motivated violent extremists fueled by personal grievances and extremist ideological beliefs continue to derive inspiration and obtain operational guidance through the consumption of information shared in certain online communities. This includes information regarding the use of improvised explosive devices and small arms.
  • Violent extremists may use particular messaging platforms or techniques to obscure operational indicators that provide specific warning of a pending act of violence.
  • Law enforcement have expressed concerns that the broader sharing of false narratives and conspiracy theories will gain traction in mainstream environments, resulting in individuals or small groups embracing violent tactics to achieve their desired objectives. With a diverse array of threats, DHS is concerned that increased outbreaks of violence in some locations, as well as targeted attacks against law enforcement, may strain local resources.
  • Nation-state adversaries have increased efforts to sow discord. For example, Russian, Chinese and Iranian government-linked media outlets have repeatedly amplified conspiracy theories concerning the origins of COVID-19 and effectiveness of vaccines; in some cases, amplifying calls for violence targeting persons of Asian descent.

How We Are Responding

  • DHS will continue to identify and evaluate calls for violence, including online activity associated with the spread of disinformation, conspiracy theories, and false narratives, by known or suspected threat actors and provide updated information, as necessary.
  • DHS continues to encourage the public to maintain awareness of the evolving threat environment and report suspicious activity.
  • DHS is coordinating with state and local law enforcement and public safety partners to maintain situational awareness of potential violence in their jurisdictions and maintain open lines of communication with federal partners.
  • DHS is also advancing authoritative sources of information to debunk and, when possible, preempt false narratives and intentional disinformation, and providing educational materials to promote resilience to the risks associated with interacting with and spreading disinformation, conspiracy theories and false narratives.
  • More broadly, DHS remains committed to identifying and preventing terrorism and targeted violence while protecting the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties of all persons.

How You Can Help

Be Prepared and Stay Informed

  • Be prepared for emergency situations and remain aware of circumstances that may place you at risk.
  • Maintain digital media literacy to recognize and build resilience to false and harmful narratives.
  • Make note of your surroundings and the nearest security personnel.

“Extremists may seek to exploit the emergence of COVID-19 variants by viewing the potential re-establishment of public health restrictions across the US as a rationale to conduct attacks,” Homeland Security bureaucrats claimed in the bulletin, acknowledging that there is no specific threat or credible information that it knows about suggesting that anyone is actually planning anything.

Also under scrutiny are those Americans suspicious about the 2020 election — a number that polls suggest includes a majority of Americans and an overwhelming supermajority of Republicans. The mostly peaceful protest on January 6 at the U.S. Capitol, which Democrats and their media allies continue falsely referring to as an “insurrection” despite nobody having been charged with anything resembling insurrection, is key to the narrative. There was no mention about growing suspicions of FBI involvement in the January 6 incident.

“These actors are increasingly exploiting online forums to influence and spread violent extremist narratives and promote violent activity,” Biden’s “Homeland Security” bureaucrats claimed without giving any examples of anyone promoting violent activity. “Such threats are also exacerbated by impacts of the ongoing global pandemic, including grievances over public health safety measures and perceived government restrictions.”

Speaking to NBC News, which helped amplify the government’s propaganda against Americans, federal spokesmen echoed those claims. “DHS has seen an increasing but modest level of individuals calling for violence in response to the unsubstantiated claims of fraud related to the 2020 election fraud and the alleged ‘reinstatement’ of former President Trump,” the DHS spokesman was was quoted as saying by NBC News, adding that the concerns are becoming more mainstream.

Tackling so-called “thought crimes” is becoming a central element of the administration’s supposed effort to prevent terror. “DHS is focused on the nexus between violence and extremist ideologies,” a spokesman for the agency was quoted as saying, with “extremist ideologies” being essentially any ideologies the Biden administration disagrees with including ideas such as the U.S. Constitution and resistance to COVID tyranny.

The warnings about the alleged threat of conspiracy theorists, civil libertarians and election-integrity advocates came shortly after the FBI came under fire for urging Americans to spy on and report their own family members for “extremist” views. Critics blasted the cryptic call as a throwback to the barbarous Stasi in Communist-ruled East Germany, which encouraged citizens to constantly surveil and report each other to the murderous regime.

While again acknowledging that they have no specific information about any specific alleged threat, Homeland Security claimed that the U.S. government was not “prepared” for the January 6 incident because it did not spy on Americans closely enough. And so, DHS “leaders” cited by NBC vowed to more closely monitor social media and especially “extremist rhetoric.” DHS is also reportedly working with local law-enforcement agencies on the issue.

“We are currently in a heightened terrorism-related threat environment, and DHS is aware of previous instances of violence associated with the dissemination of disinformation, false narratives and conspiracy theories about the 2020 election,” the DHS spokesman said, dismissing widespread and well-founded public concerns over election integrity as “disinformation” and “conspiracy theories.”

In general, though, the government claims to believe that threats from everyday Americans are lurking everywhere, except among the left-wing extremists burning down U.S. cities and attacking police. “Pandemic-related stressors have contributed to increased societal strains and tensions, driving several plots by domestic violent extremists, and they may contribute to more violence this year,” the DHS claimed.

Unspecified “religious holidays” may also trigger terror attacks, the Biden administration said. The United States “continues to face a diverse and challenging threat environment leading up to and following the 20th Anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks as well religious holidays we assess could serve as a catalyst for acts of targeted violence,” the DHS bulletin argued.

After repeatedly emphasizing that conservative and liberty-minded Americans are the main supposed terror threat to America, the administration reluctantly acknowledged supposed foreign threats, too. “These threats include those posed by domestic terrorists, individuals and groups engaged in grievance-based violence, and those inspired or motivated by foreign terrorists and other malign foreign influences,” the bulletin claimed.

There were no warnings issued about domestic terror groups such as Antifa or Black Lives Matter. The two communist organizations, which have numerous links to hostile foreign regimes and organizations, destroyed billions in property and were responsible for numerous deaths last year in violent riots that swept across major cities nationwide. Even RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) in Congress such as Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa said it was a “grave mistake” for the administration to ignore those threats.

Meanwhile, despite the supposed concerns about terror and national security, the Southern border with Mexico overseen by the same federal agency remains wide open. Because of that, actual terrorists with dangerous intent have been waltzing across the border into the “Homeland” practically uninterrupted on a regular basis.

Consider the recent arrest of two Yemeni men on the government’s no-fly and FBI terrorist watch lists who were arrested while illegally crossing the border from Mexico in January and March. According to U.S. Border Patrol officials, over a thousand illegal aliens each day walk across the border and are not even pursued because agents are so busy taking care of the growing tsunami of children showing up at the border.

Ironically, even as the administration works to stoke public fears about alleged domestic terror plots, it is vowing to re-settle tens of thousands of Afghans in the United States after the disastrous Biden withdrawal. Security and terror experts say that leaves the door wide open for would-be terrorist infiltrators to be plopped into local communities nationwide at taxpayer expense.

Of course, legitimate counter-terrorism experts focused on actual terror threats to the United States were purged from federal service during the Obama administration — especially those who knew that jihadists and violent communists such as Antifa posed the most significant domestic terror threat to America’s national security.

The expertise and training programs developed by actual experts were replaced with discredited “countering violent extremism” (CVE) nonsense focusing on the largely imaginary threat of “white supremacists.” Critics say that is how the FBI and other agencies missed obvious warning signs and clues about the Boston Marathon attack, the Orlando nightclub massacre, the San Bernadino slaughter, and other jihadist terror attacks.

Now, as The New American has been warning for decades, the end goal is coming into view more clearly: Turning the massive federal intelligence and law-enforcement apparatus against mainstream Americans concerned about the lawlessness coming out of the federal government. If the scheming is not checked by Congress and state governments, the administration fully intends to further weaponize the power of the federal government against its own citizens.

In a widely criticized document entitled National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism, the administration made clear that it is not just violence that is at issue — but ideas and thoughts that supposedly might possibly lead a person to commit a violent act. And it will not just be the federal government involved.

“Preventing domestic terrorism and reducing the factors that fuel it demand a multifaceted response across the Federal Government and beyond,” Biden says in an introduction to the National Strategy document. “That includes working with our critical partners in state, local, tribal, and territorial governments and in civil society, the private sector, academia, and local communities, as well as with our allies and foreign partners.”

But of course, only some ideas that might lead to violence are actually in the crosshairs. For example, consider that the admitted terrorist Floyd Corkins told the FBI that he was inspired to commit terrorism and mass-murder against conservatives and Christians by the far-left hate group known as the Southern Poverty Law Center. And yet, instead of targeting the radical ideology of the SPLC, the feds work with the discredited organization to target mainstream Americans.

Ironically, perhaps, the mass-murdering dictatorship ruling mainland China sounded a lot like the Biden administration in its demonization of those who reject total government power under the guise of keeping people safe from COVID.

For instance, through its mouthpiece Global Times, the Chinese Communist Party used an article about the terror alert to blast “loopholes” in the Constitution’s “federal system” that have “restricted” the power of the federal government when “encountering a crisis.” Some states, the regime said, are “reluctant to do the right thing to combat the epidemic.” Part of the problem is that “Americans advocate individualism,” the CCP said, slamming opposition to mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and travel restrictions.

With each day that passes, it is becoming more and more clear that the U.S. government — using rhetoric and talking points almost identical to those of the murderous Chinese Communist Party — is being weaponized against Americans and freedom. The outlandish new “terror” warning painting tens of millions of mainstream Americans with legitimate concerns about individual liberty and election fraud as terrorists should be a wake-up call to all.

William F. Jasper: American Library Association Pushing Perversion Through Drag Queen Story Hour 0 (0)

by William F. Jasper

The ALA has partnered up with the anti-Christian bigots of the Southern Poverty Law Center to promote the latest LGBTQ agenda item: sex perverts for tots.

OK, kiddies, say so long to Dr. Seuss, Mother Goose, and Peter Rabbit. And say hello to Sparkle Boy, Jacob’s New Dress, My Princess Boy, The Dragtivity Book, and Heather Has Two Mommies.

It’s Drag Queen Story Hour time! And, as a special treat, we have some big, hairy men with beards and mustaches in sequined gowns and some girlie men in fishnet stockings and mini-skirts to read these fun, transformative stories to you. What’s more, they may sprinkle you with magic glitter, blow bubbles at you, lead you in a “gay” songfest, and even let you crawl all over them. Sounds super-fun, right?

Yes, what a short time ago would have been unthinkable, absurd, even criminal, has now become a commonplace occurrence in “woke” cities, towns, and hamlets all across America. How has it happened that Drag Queen Story Hours (DQSHs) have suddenly popped up all across the landscape like mushrooms after a rain? There’s really no mystery about it. The DQSHs are not spontaneously-grown, natural, organic mushrooms; they’re toxic toadstools intentionally planted by sexual predators and the cultural subversives who promote and assist them.

Incredibly, in an era in which all teachers, counselors, coaches, pastors, and almost all adults working with young children are required to undergo background checks, our public libraries and schools have given a free pass to some of the most obvious sex deviants to enable their free access to toddlers.

Among the foremost promoters of this toxic toadstool cult is the American Library Association (ALA), aided by “progressives” and LGBTQ activists posing as journalists in the Fake News Media. And (no surprise) the hateful millionaire LGBTQ cry-bullies at the Southern Poverty Law Center are helping provide critical cover, smearing parents who oppose this outrageous scheme as being transphobic neo-Nazis and white supremacists.

Parents, grandparents, pastors, and concerned citizens have been dumbfounded, not only by the brazenness of this latest all-out assault on decency, but even more so by the adamant defense of the indefensible by librarians, school officials, city councilmen, and local media. It’s become painfully obvious that the Drag Queen Story Hour is a well-planned, carefully-orchestrated offensive, one in which the LGBTQ Mafia has coordinated its moves with its political and media allies.

Make Them “Own It”!

However, the outraged parents, grandparents, pastors, and concerned citizens are fighting back, undaunted by the smears and name-calling. And, as more and more Drag Queen “performers” are outed as convicted sex criminals, it is now the DQSH perpetrators and promoters who are being put on the defensive.

As The New American reported in August (“Drag”ing Kids Into the LGBTQ Abyss), the coverage of the DQSH controversy in the “mainstream” media has been almost universally sympathetic to the crossdressing deviants. “Thus it was telling (though hardly surprising) that when real news broke about one of the much-hyped drag queen stars being a convicted child sex offender, the media cheerleading section went mostly mum,” we reported. “It turns out that 32-year-old registered sex offender Alberto Garza, who participated in the Houston Drag Queen Story Hour under the name Tatiana Mala Niña (Tatiana ‘Bad Girl’), was convicted in 2009 of aggravated sexual assault of an eight-year-old child. He is a ‘Bad Girl’ indeed! Now, might that possibly be of interest to parents, grandparents, and, well, anyone committed to the safety of children? One might suppose so. After all, isn’t ‘child safety’ one of the arguments put forward for the story hour by the program’s proponents?”

“So how did the truth about Garza/Mala Niña’s criminal sexcapades reach the light of day?” we asked. “Was it the library, the city government, the police department, or the local or national media that discovered and exposed this pertinent fact? The answer: None of the above.”

No, as we noted, “Bad Girl” Garza was exposed thanks to the determined efforts of the dads and moms at Houston MassResistance, a Texas affiliate of the national pro-family group MassResistance based in Massachusetts. MassResistance then exposed another Houston DQSH convicted sex offender, William Travis Dees, who, among his various pervert personas, dresses as a mock Catholic nun in the obscene and sacriligeous Drag group “Space Sisters.”

The good folks at MassResistance have continued to expose the criminal degeneracy and child endangerment inherent in the ongoing Drag Queen Story Hour travesty. The librarians and city officials in Austin, like those in Houston, have been caught red-handed. MassResistance revealed the court records of David Lee Richardson, aka “Miss Kitty Litter,” an Austin DQSH performer. Richardson had been previously arrested and convicted of offering sex for money — prostitution. What’s more, they compiled a 135-page report documenting Richardson’s incredibly vile social media postings, many of which would fit into a triple-X rating. One of his postings shows a personalized license plate that reads, “ILUV-ANL.” Another posting shows him in leather and handcuffs promoting BDSM (Bondage, Domination, Sado-Masochism), with the following quote: “Sticks and stones may break my bones but Chains and Whips excite me.” As should be obvious to any reasonable adult, introducing young children to sadomasochist practitioners is not only to endanger them morally and psychologically, but physically as well.

Undoubtedly, the criminal records of DQSH kiddie “entertainers” exposed thus far by MassResistance researchers are just the tip of the iceberg. Where is the due diligence on the part of the public officials and journalists who are promoting this perverse onslaught? Many, if not all of these “performers,” have Web pages and social media accounts that are readily accessible for anyone willing to check them out.  These individuals are narcissistic exhibitionists. They flaunt their aberrant and disgusting proclivities. Some of them have literally hundreds of raunchy photos and videos of themselves in their various drag outfits. It should not be necessary to produce an actual arrest record or conviction to disqualify them as “models” for our children; their narcissistic obsession and degenerate activities should make them abhorrent to all but the most morally bankrupt. The library officials, politicians, and media mavens who support this depravity must be made to “own” the full consequences of this assault on morality.

MassResistance is doing precisely that. It is holding them accountable by exposing the true, sordid nature of the DQSH and its dissolute storytellers. In Houston, public officials who had gushed over Drag Queens were forced to publicly apologize and admit they had failed to conduct even the most elementary screening of their DQSH performers prior to unleashing them on the unsuspecting community and innocent children.

In Chula Vista, California, a MassResistance chapter and local churches went to bat against Drag Queen Story Hour at the local public library. City Councilor Steven Padilla, who is openly “gay,” attacked the Christian opponents of the perverse program as being part of a group (i.e., MassResistance) that “promotes anti-immigrant and white-supremacist beliefs.” He provided no evidence to back up the defamatory claim — because there is none. He was merely regurgitating bile spewing from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which has grown obscenely wealthy by peddling the race card and demonizing Christian, conservative, patriotic, pro-life, and pro-family groups and individuals. The Center has also spread hate and violence while claiming to oppose both.

SPLC/ALA’s Putrid Pipeline

One of the most notorious examples of SPLC hate-inspired violence is the case of the near deadly shooting attack on the Washington, D.C headquarters office of the Family Research Council (FRC). The intended killer, Floyd Lee Corkins, who said he wanted to kill everyone he could at the Christian group’s offices, later told FBI agents that his attack was inspired by information he got from the SPLC that identified FRC as an anit-LGBTQ “hate group.” The FRC released a video with clips that shows Corkins shooting building manager Leo Johnson. Corkins said that “I wanted to kill the people in the building and then smear a Chick-fil-A sandwich in their face … to kill as many people as I could.”

The anti-Christian extremists at the Southern Poverty Law Center also seem to have an inordinate influence at the American Library Association. The ALA website has multiple explicit references to the Center and many additional statements, resolutions, and policies that employ almost verbatim the SPLC’s malicious accusations against individuals and groups that stand against the “progressive” agenda championed by the SPLC. A division of the ALA, the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC), for instance, published “Countering Hate in Schools,” in which it reports: “The ALSC Board recently voted to sign on with the Southern Poverty Law Center and 20 other education advocacy groups to counter hate in American schools. The coalition is committed to providing resources and support so schools may effectively respond to hateful acts and create learning environments where every student feels welcome.”

The ALA’s webpage, “Hate Groups and Violence in Libraries,” reads as if it were written by the SPLC’s LGBTQ activists (which it very likely was), and it specifically links to the SPLC’s notorious “Hate Map” that maliciously equates Christian conservatives with the KKK and neo-Nazis.

The ALA’s Disgusting Dragline

MassResistance has nailed the American Library Association in its recent report entitled “What you need to know about the ‘Drag Queen’ indoctrination of children in your public libraries.” The pro-family organization charges that “the American Library Association is the radical force behind the scenes across the country.”

When it comes to the very controversial Drag Queen Story Hour issue, there is little doubt as to where the ruling faction of the ALA stands; it has linked arms with the radical LGBTG lobby, regardless of the growing pushback from parents and taxpayers. In “Libraries Respond: Drag Queen Story Hour,” the ALA states: “Many libraries across the country have been hosting or participating in Drag Queen Story Hours. A few have experienced pushback from some members of their community. To support libraries facing challenges we have established this collection of resources. We will continue to add to it and welcome your contributions. ALA, through its actions and those of its members, is instrumental in creating a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive society. This includes a commitment to combating marginalization and underrepresentation within the communities served by libraries through increased understanding of the effects of historical exclusion.”

To demonstrate this commitment, the Association’s website directs readers to the “ALA Resources – Toolkits & Best Practices,” under which we find:

It’s Time to Bring the  Southern Poverty Law Center to Justice

“There are two very serious reasons why the SPLC is in many ways more dangerous than other organizations…”

by Tom DeWeese

There are many powerful forces operating today across the nation to divide the American people and silence opposing views. One of the most active of these efforts is the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

There are two very serious reasons why the SPLC is in many ways more dangerous than other organizations that are fueling the flames of the far left radicals who use violence and lies to stop honest political debate.

First, the SPLC has contracts with the federal government, specifically the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), serving as advisors to help define what a domestic terrorist or hate group is, even helping to write official policy for this agency of our government. Here are just a few examples:

  • In 2009, the Department of Homeland Security issued a report entitled “Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” It targeted conservative groups that supported local rule over federal control. And it singled out groups that opposed abortion or illegal immigration.
  • Two weeks later, DHS issued a Domestic Extremism Lexicon to define Right wing extremists = those who are concerned over the economy, had antagonism toward the Obama Administration or oppose the UN.
  • According to these reports and many more, the list of potential terrorists, according to these reports and many more, included anyone who voted for Ron Paul for president, for example.

These reports were basically written by the Southern Poverty Law Center! And they were sent to law enforcement agencies across the nation. Soon after the issuing of these reports police department nationwide could be observed providing bulletins to their officers to be on the watch for dangerous right wing activity.

In 2010 DHS organized a “Countering Violent Extremist Working Group.” Its purpose is to teach local law enforcement how to counter terrorism. It was basically the root of militarizing local police forces.

Serving on this “advisory group” was Mohamed Magid, president of the Islamic Society if North America, who has been accused of funding terrorist organizations. Also serving as an advisor to this group was Richard Cohen, President of the Southern Poverty Law Center. The conclusion of this report is that conservative organizations and spokesmen are possibly bigger domestic terror threats than ISIS!

The SPLC also runs the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center which issues official certification to police groups all over the country for fighting “hate” groups, i.e. Right wing groups. And it is funded by the Department of Homeland Security!

In 2013, Brietbart.com released a report by Judicial Watch confirming a direct connection between the DOJ and SPLC. The report states, “Judicial Watch, a Washington, D.C. based non-partisan educational foundation, released some two dozen pages of emails it obtained  revealing connections between the Department of Justice Civil Rights and Tax divisions and the Southern Poverty Law Center.”

Is Trump Giving a Platform to ‘White Supremacists’? – Jesse Lee Peterson exposes left’s ‘false narrative’ about ‘hate crimes’ wave

by Jesse Lee Peterson

Democrats and the media claim that President-elect Donald Trump is giving a platform to “white supremacists” – but the facts show otherwise. Jennifer Palmieri, Hillary Clinton’s campaign director of communications, recently repeated these accusations at a Harvard forum that became a heated debate with Donald Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway.

CNN commentator and Marxist sympathizer Van Jones told talk-show host Hugh Hewitt that Republicans have “given space for a bunch of bigots.” Jones is the same guy who called Trump’s victory a “whitelash against a black president.”

There simply is no wave of attacks against minorities by Trump supporters. To the contrary, evidence shows that it’s Trump supporters who have primarily been the victims of violent attacks. And most of the alleged attacks against minorities have been exposed as hoaxes.

Here are some examples.
• A 58-year-old black man was arrested in Philadelphia for vandalizing cars with “pro-Trump” and anti-black graffiti. Police say that the day after Trump was elected, William Tucker sprayed “Trump Rules” and “Black B–ch” on a white SUV owned by his 62-year-old neighbor, a black woman. After a tipster called police and identified Tucker, he was arrested and charged with four counts of criminal mischief. The media, with no evidence, tied the acts to neo-Nazis.

• A female Muslim student at the University of Louisiana claimed her hijab was ripped off and her wallet stolen the day after Trump’s election by two white men wearing Trump hats. But a day later, the Lafayette Police Department announced that the woman admitted she fabricated the story.

Order Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson’s book, “The Antidote: Healing America from the Poison of Hate, Blame, and Victimhood.”

•As reported by com, a photo of an alleged Ku Klux Klan rally in honor of Trump’s victory turned out to be an old photo of conservatives carrying U.S., Gadsden (“Don’t Tread on Me”) and Christian flags that were billowing out in a manner mistaken for Klan robes.

• One incident reported as a “hate crime” by CNN occurred at a university where somebody chalked the words “Trump,” “Build wall” and “F—k your safe space” in front of the library. Isolated incidents of anti-Semitic imagery spray-painted on an abandoned building and at a few high schools have also been reported, but these are more likely random acts and not associated with Trump voters.

• So where do these bogus reports about hate being on the rise after Trump’s election originate? Most of the lies and misinformation come from the Southern Poverty Law Center, or SPLC.

• The SPLC is a leftist attack dog funded by George Soros and other wealthy left-wing foundations that seeks to transform America into a socialist hellhole. Despite its name and tax-exempt status, SPLC reportedly has $338 million in assets and investments in offshore tax havens Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.  [Read More]

Hit-Piece Inspired by Fellow-Traveler SPLC 0 (0)

Hit-Piece Inspired by Fellow-Traveler SPLC

by Bill Lockwood

Journalism seems to have reached an all-time low with the recent hit-piece against Mat Staver and Liberty Counsel by Claire Galofaro of Associated Press. Staver is Kim Davis’ attorney, the Kentucky county clerk who refuses to have her name on same-sex marriage licenses because of the Bible’s teaching. Galofaro labels LC as a “hate group” twice in the article, quoting as her source the thoroughly discredited Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

Liberty Counsel’s stand for limited government and Christian freedom has earned it the ire of the SPLC. Founded in 1971 by Morris Dees and Joseph Levin, Jr., the Montgomery, AL-based SPLC has labeled anyone who believes in biblical values—such as those opposed to abortion or homosexuality— as “purveyors of hate.” Since its inception, the pedigree of the SPLC has been communism. For instance, SPLC has for a long-time glowingly promoted the self-confessed communist Bill Ayers. Gabrielle Lyon of the SPLC gushed how wonderful is Bill Ayers with an article entitled, “An Unconditional Embrace.” She wrote, “Throughout his career as a civil rights organizer, radical anti-Vietnam War activist, teacher and author, Ayers has developed a rich vision of teaching that interweaves passion, responsibility and self-reflection.” Just makes one long to meet the one who has such a “rich vision” as to want to kill innocent Americans.

One of the SPLC’s board members, James Rucker, co-founded with communist Van Jones ColorOfChange.org and became a leader of STORM (Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement), an ultra-radical collective that declared its commitment to “revolutionary democracy, revolutionary feminism, revolutionary internationalism, the central role of the working class, urban Marxism and Third World Communism.” SPLC gives annually its “Roger Baldwin” award. Baldwin was a co-founder of the ACLU along with William Z. Foster, long-time head of the Communist Party, USA. Baldwin bragged, “I am for socialism…. I seek social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and sole control by those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal…. I don’t regret being part of the communist tactic. I knew what I was doing. I was not an innocent liberal. I wanted what the communists wanted and I travelled the United Front road to get it.”

One of the writers for SPLC is Chip Berlet who operates the Political Research Associates in Somerville, Massachusetts. Berlet at one time assisted the Socialist Workers Party and was a staff member for the National Lawyers Guild, which was described in a U.S. congressional investigation as the “foremost legal bulwark of the Communist Party, USA.” His articles have appeared in the communist Guardian newspaper of New York, as well as other communist-front groups.
As true with all communist or fellow-traveler organizations, the ignoble campaign of the SPLC is to smear any patriotic American who stands for limited government and liberty under God. Its hate “watch list” in 2014 included presidential candidate Ben Carson because he opposes homosexuality and socialistic ObamaCare. It has also maligned James Dobson, Beverly LaHaye, Dr. James Kennedy, David Barton, the American Family Association, Tony Perkins and his The Family Research Council, the NRA, and of course, all Tea Parties which are supposedly “shot through” with “racism.”

One of the worst slanders performed by the fear-mongering SPLC was to label Dr. Carol Swain, professor of political science and law at Vanderbilt University and member of the Tennessee Advisory Committee of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, as “an apologist for white supremacists” in 2009. Bizarre label for a conservative professor who happens to be black. But Dr. Swain spoke out against our open border policies and promptly made it to the communist “hate watch list.”
Predictably, Mat Staver and Liberty Counsel is in the cross-hairs SPLC for defending a lone woman in Kentucky who wishes to stand upon Christian principles. That an AP “journalist” would source her material to the SPLC illustrates the complete leftist partisanship role played by the media.
