Wanton destruction is traumatic. The fact that a person, a mob, or even a governing body acts in a “wanton” manner ought to initiate justice fueled with righteous indignation. “Wanton” describes actions that are malicious, unjustified, and cruel. It is behavior that is deliberate and unrestrained. This action is consumed with self-serving edicts and mandates. This action is the epitome of “xenophobic” (to use a term bandied by the Leftists). The strategy is to divide and conquer—emphasize the differences; exaggerate the differences; encourage factiousness based upon differences. And this game plan works very well.

America! Will you never learn? While you casually shrug off the wantonness of POLS, your freedoms and values are being erased? A nation, once a world empire, fell because of the same indifference evident in the USA. The walls were breached, and the citizens were led out as captives through the smoldering ruins. Outside the city was a prophet who asked, “Is this nation’s ruin of any concern to you?” The query was never answered but the understood “No” is in the text. The citizens thought “this will never happen.”
America! Will you never learn? You act as a spoiled school child who thinks he is exempt from all requirements. He never learns and eventually has to face his failure.

America! Will you never learn? History’s chronicles inform you of evil’s designs and the only remedy is a heroic challenge that confronts, conquers and marks as criminals those who sought to Rule the Ruled.

This is NOT a “conspiracy.” This is factual history. This is not a footnote in history but is voluminous! The evil rule of tyranny will arise throughout civilization. History seeks to caution about this wanton tyranny.
America! Look at recorded history and be alarmed at the position we currently occupy.

The trucker protest in Canada must be applauded. A similar protest in the USA and Europe is long overdue. The protest legitimately expresses anger at the onerous, illegal, and discriminatory “mandates.” These are 100% peaceful—unlike the Burn Loot Murder “mostly peaceful protests” and unlike the ANTIFA insurrections.
Frame the trucker protests in its historical perspective you immediately uncover an evil tyranny seeking justification for the Rulers to dominate the Ruled! History is teaching the USA a significant lesson. Will the USA listen and learn?

Lenin and the Protestors in the Urals

Advocates of Marxism herald the value of protestors for their cause. Our courts and law enforcement release these “protestors” and their subversive, criminal and destructive actions are excused because they were “protesting.” They get a free pass to burn, loot, murder, and stir insurrection because they are “protestors”!
This wanton attitude is displayed by commending certain protestors and condemning other protestors. Those who instigate destruction are accepted while those who civilly protest are imprisoned. “The legs of the lame are not equal” (Proverbs 26:7). Inequality in civil matters cannot be ignored. Wanton actions make the POLS, the Judiciary and the Executive despicable, contemptible and forces ridiculous positions.

Marxism embraces protestors only if they are useful. If protestors are not useful then they are removed. Marxism embraces the “worker,” only until the worker protests the Elite. Protestors who are counter-productive to the Ruling Elite are subjected to punishment.

In 1920 Lenin confronted protestors—these belonged to the “worker class.” However, the protestors in the Urals were not protected. In fact, Lenin called for the execution of “a large number of strikers for the crime of sabotage.” Earlier there was a worker strike at the Putilov factory. This retaliatory punishment of the Putilov workers is significant because it is commonly thought the workers strike at Putilov was the catalyst for the Bolshevik Revolution. It is interesting that the location of protestors for Lenin’s revolution was a few years later the very location of a cruel response to opposition protests! (Please do not miss the irony.)

How did Marxism treat opposition protestors? He arrested 900 workers and executed 200 of them without trial. It is estimated that thousands were executed for participating in strikes in the USSR during the Lenin dictatorship. Do we not witness a similar response to protestors who are opposed to the Ruling Elite today?
Do you see the historical validation? Protests are embraced only if they work to satisfy the agenda of the Ruling Elite. This is a simple historical fact. Under Lenin, you could protest if you upheld the Party’s view. If you protested the Party’s view you were arrested, imprisoned and executed without legal protection. Under Marxism there is no legal protection for the opposition! Lenin himself urged the execution of “a large number of strikers”!

Lenin gained the support of the workers by promising them peace, land, and bread if they embraced the ideals of Engles/Marx communism. Lenin gave the workers hope for a better future under communism. But it was a LIE! Lenin manipulated words to feed the population’s yearnings but brought constant war, seizure of lands, and starvation. Once again historical validation is found in recent times. Obama boasted of “hope and change.” But history records it was a LIE! He removed hope and his change resulted in a divided population ruled by racism!

Lenin used terror, torture and murder to impose his totalitarian regime even as he claimed to be defending the “workers.” From November 1917 to January 1924, Lenin’s legacy leaves these facts:
• More than a million people murdered for political or religious reasons
• Between 300,000 and 500,000 Cossacks killed
• Hundreds of thousands of workers and peasants killed for striking
• 240,000 killed in the suppression of the Tambov rebellion
• More than 50,000 White Russian prisoners of war executed
• Between 3.9 million and 7.75 million deaths from famines among Russians, Kazakhs and Tatars

The Gdańsk protests

Two protests separated by ten years offers interesting insight to how the Rulers view the protests of the Ruled. The first protest was on December 14, 1970. It was a “workers protest” against the inequity between the Political Elite and the common citizen. The demonstration was peaceful. They were attacked by the military police of the communist regime. The Gdańsk protestors increased in numbers and that brought more repression by the Rulers. Intimidation increased. The Rulers sent Army forces equipped with machine guns and heavy weapons to Gdańsk. This violent repression left seven dead, several hundred injured and some 500 protesters arrested.

The following day, the Rulers ordered soldiers to fire on the demonstrators. The Marxist Rulers used wanton cruelty to suppress valid protests. How were the protestors treated by the Ruling Elite?
• 27,000 soldiers were position
• 9,000 military police were involved
• 550 tanks rolled out to meet the protestors
• 750 armored personnel carriers were mobilized
• 2,100 military vehicles of other types were mobilized
• 108 airplanes and helicopters
• 40 military ships
• 150,000 cans of smoke and other chemicals were thrown at protesters
• 46,000 bullets of various caliber were fired

All wanton actions were excused based on “ensuring public order/safety.” One would hope this wanton savagery is only in the “past.” However, addressing the possibility of counter-protests in our nation, Biden commented: “If you wanted or if you think you need to have weapons to take on the government, you need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons.” Lenin could not have used such wanton threats to intimidate counter-protests! USA, are your listening??

The Ruling Elite and Protestors in our current time

Using the perspective of history, look at current comments by the Rulers regarding any counter-protests. It does not take a brain-surgeon or rocket scientist to connect the dots.
The trucker protest in Canada and similar protests being urged in the USA and European nations, have been characterized with the most insidious insinuations of insurrection! Trudeau accuses these protestors of “hateful rhetoric” and “violence.” The MSM has joined the propaganda effort by announcing the trucker convoy is a “cult.” This imagined slander is designed to divert attention from the fact the Rulers are embracing Marxism’s evil.

The horrendous treatment of those arrested, persecuted, hunted down by the FBI, wrongly imprisoned, and treated with wanton savagery following the January 6, 2021 protest in Washington, DC is an embarrassing truth for the Elite Rulers. The unbelievable statement, “I hope they go to jail…they deserve it” embraces the Marxist agenda to quash any opposition to the Ruling Elite. And this wanton group includes the DEMS/REPUBS/COURTS as they march in lockstep with the illegal, immoral and uncivil Administration occupying the White House.

The U.S. Constitution is trashed by the Rulers because it opposes the Marxist philosophy. The absolute “inalienable” rights of individuals are sacrificed on the altar of Political Lust—money and power fuel the ambition of the puppet masters pulling the strings of those elected to uphold and defend the citizen’s right of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness because justice is meted without bias.
The treatment of protests today, follow the Marxist playbook of yesterday. The prophet’s lament, “Are you not concerned about the failed state of your nation?” is a query to be answered by the American citizen today.

What is more important, vaccine status or immune status? Most people believe a vaccine is to establish immunity to a pathogen. Prior infection has resulted in immunity throughout human history. If a person is immune to a virus, clinical infection is avoided and replication and transmission of the virus is prevented. Simple question with a straightforward simple answer based upon known science. With the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, the answer is not quite so simple. Natural immunity has always been the gold standard to which vaccine development has been compared….. until the past 18 months. There has been a full-court press to promote the mRNA inoculations, unlike anything I have ever seen. Government and big business have taken over what has always been the responsibility of known science, researchers, and physicians.

Prior infection by the SARS-CoV-2 virus results in natural immunity. At least 75 years of virology and immunology has established the fact that natural immunity is at least as good and usually better than vaccine immunity; true in the past and true now. Natural immunity is broad, robust, and durable and usually will last years to a lifetime. Conversely, the mRNA vaccines appear to wane after 5-6 months. Even the CDC and the NIH agree they do not know how long the mRNA vaccines will provide “protection”. The CDC even went so far as to redefine a vaccine as a drug that provides “protection” but not immunity in the historic and traditional meaning of the word.

I compiled bullet point facts with references on natural immunity and that provided by the “vaccines”.

Bullet point facts concerning what is known about natural immunity:

• Natural immunity recognizes the full complement of SARS-CoV-2 proteins and thus provides protection against a broad array of variants. [1-4]
• Studies have demonstrated prolonged immunity with respect to memory T and B cells, bone marrow plasma cells, spike-specific neutralizing antibodies, and IgG+ memory B cells following naturally acquired immunity. [1-4]
• People who have been infected with SARS-CoV-2 typically generate T cells that target at least 15-20 different fragments of coronavirus proteins. [12]
• The current vaccines result in the creation of antibodies against one specific virus spike protein programmed by the mRNA injection. [12]
• The spike protein on the virus is prone to mutate to escape the vaccine; the other myriad proteins targeted by T cells in natural immunity patients do not appear to be involved in the rapid mutation into the variants that are reducing vaccine effectiveness. [12]
• Multiple studies have confirmed that reinfections are rare in patients with natural immunity and are less severe than first-time infections. [5,6]
• Recent Israeli study included 187,549 unvaccinated persons with natural immunity: only 0.48% were reinfected; 0.02% were hospitalized; 0.008%were hospitalized with severe disease; only one died and he was over 80 years of age. [7]
• Based upon such evidence, many scientists and clinicians have concluded natural immunity and protection against COVID following recovery from infection is long-lasting. [8, 38]
• 1359 Cleveland Clinic employees previously infected, unvaccinated: no occurrence of re-infection in a 10 month follow-up from time of infection. [20]
• There is a growing body of literature supporting the conclusion that natural immunity not only confers robust, durable, and high-level protection against COVID-19, but also better than vaccine induced immunity. [13-17,19, 39]
• 23 patients who had recovered from SARS-CoV-1 still possess CD4 and CD8 T cells 17 years after infection during the 2003 epidemic. [9]
• A paper in Nature from 2008 found that 32 people born in 1915 or earlier still retained some level of immunity against the 1918 flu strain – 90 years later. [10]
• Robust durability of natural immunity is well established. Narrowly focused vaccine immunity appears to be waning at 6 months. [11]
• Natural immunity is the gold standard for effectiveness and durability to which researchers compare during vaccine development. [11]

Bullet point facts concerning what is known about the mRNA injections:

• The mRNA vaccines cause our cells to produce a specific Covid virus spike protein to which our immune system produces IgG and IgM humoral antibodies.
• IgA mucosal defense antibodies are not produced and durable T cell immunity is questionable following vaccination.
• Antibody Dependent Enhancement can increase the lethality of the Covid infection when non-neutralizing antibodies are produced by the vaccine and as the virus mutates to variants. [26]
• Although initial claims of Pfizer efficacy was 90-95%, that is down to 39% in the Israel study and 42% in the Mayo Clinic data. [27, 36]
• Approximately 30% of people who receive the mRNA shot may not develop adequate protection against the Covid-19 virus. [31]
• Duration of effectiveness appears to be 5-8 months.
• Necessity for boosters has been claimed by the CDC.
• Both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines currently appear to reduce the severity of illness and mortality rate but not prevent replication within the body or reduce viral nasal load and transmission (infectivity). [CDC declarations, multiple news reports]
• Vaccine immunity only targets the spike-protein of the original Wuhan variant, whereas natural immunity recognizes the full complement of SARS-CoV-2 proteins and thus provides protection against a greater array of variants. [Hooman Noorchasm noorchasm.medium.com]
• Canadian study reported 9/16/2021 the “incidence of myopericarditis overall was approximately 10 cases for every 10,000 inoculations with mRNA vaccine. [22]
• This year’s Covid surge numbers are larger than last year due to emergence of variants defeating the current mRNA vaccines.
• Israel and the UK were highly vaccinated and their recent hospitalizations and deaths have been mostly in the vaccinated population.
• UK Public Health data from 9/23/2021: Current Covid-19 deaths are over 3,000% higher than this time last year. 80% of those dying had the Covid vaccine. [21]
• Mass vaccination in the midst of a pandemic has not been recommended by virologists and immunologists due to the promotion of variants as the virus works to escape the vaccine and replicate within the vaccinated host.
• A recent large Japanese study predicts the virus will mutate itself to be completely immune to the vaccine and will likely become more virulent. [24]
• None of the vaccines in current application have been systematically or adequately tested for safety or efficacy in individuals who have previously been infected and recovered from SARS-CoV-2. In fact, Covid survivors have overall been largely excluded from Phase III vaccine clinical trials. [37]
• People with natural immunity are at increased risk for vaccine injury to include thrombosis and multisystem imflammatory syndrome. [25, 28, 29, 32]
• Mandated vaccination represents baseless DISCRIMINATION against already immune but unvaccinated persons being treated as inferior to the “fully vaccinated”. [30]

“History for most people starts the day they were born”. “If we do not know history, we are doomed to repeat it”. It can be amusing, but more often, frightening to observe our political, medical, and educational elites arrogantly and with unconstrained hubris making decisions for the rest of us that history predicts will not turn out well. These thoughts and quotes were coming to mind as I recently went back in time and reviewed the history of medication and vaccine development leading to FDA approvals. This review was inspired by all the chaos and rancor brought about by vaccine mandates and the pushback by all those who have so much to lose if they choose not to take the mRNA shot. It should not be overlooked that vaccine mandates in earlier times of our history have taken place with an FDA and CDC that seemed to be less political and more vigilant in regards to adverse events from administration of drugs. The threshold for stopping the production and marketing of a vaccine was very low if there was evidence for injury or death.

However, they did not always get it right and the history of safety pronouncements by health authorities, including the FDA and CDC, is not a sterling example of accuracy and truth. Thousands of lives have been lost and many more thousands adversely affected as a result of implicitly trusting the so-called health experts. Think of all the chemicals and substances that have been pronounced safe during the past 100 years: lead pipes, lead in paint, cigarettes, asbestos, glyphosates, heroin, thalidomide. The list goes on. The Yale School of Medicine did a study and found that approximately 30% of drugs approved between 2001 and 2010 were found to have major safety issues that were discovered at a median of 4.2 years after they were made widely available to patients. Problems were more common among drugs that were granted “accelerated approval”.

The CDC has published a report titled Historical Vaccine Safety Concerns and in it mentions contaminated polio vaccine led to 40,000 cases of polio caused by the vaccine. 200 children were left paralyzed and 10 died (“Cutter Incident”, 1955). In the 1970’s, swine flu vaccine had been administered to 40 million people when the mass vaccination was stopped as it became apparent 1 person for every 100,000 vaccinated developed Gillian-Barre Syndrome (GBS). They stopped the mass vaccination for swine flu due to a 0.001% increased risk for GBS. Compare that with the estimated risk of myocarditis and pericarditis in people under age 40 who received either the Moderna, Pfizer, or J&J shots.

In a recent Canadian study, the risk for myocarditis following mRNA shots was between 0.1% and 1.0%, i.e. between 100 and 1000 times higher than the swine flu GBS experience. Myocarditis in a young person is not a benign process! Why is the CDC frantically pushing for young Americans, including children, to be “vaccinated” with these mRNA shots when their risk of dying from the Covid virus is much less than the risk of the shots? Johnson and Johnson now acknowledges their “vaccine” can cause GBS but the drug has not been withdrawn and, in fact, they are promoting their booster.

How The Mandates Began

So this now brings us to the vaccine mandates and how all this got started. Early last year (2020), governor Newsom of California placed gathering restrictions on houses of worship. A lawsuit ensued (South Bay Pentecostal Church v. Newsom) and the U.S. Supreme Court declined to enjoin (prohibit) California’s restrictions on churches in a 5-4 vote. No reasoning was given in the unsigned majority opinion. However, Justice John Roberts wrote a brief opinion that counseled deference (obedience) to the government (Newsom) during this public health crisis. Roberts cited the 1905 smallpox mandate case (Jacobson v. Massachusetts) once during that opinion piece. Soon, the South Bay concurrence (opinion piece) would become a “super-precedent” and in the following 6 months was cited in 140 cases. Now, it is difficult to read or understand the legal basis for vaccine mandates without understanding Jacobson.

The 1905 Supreme Court decision mandating smallpox vaccination (Jacobson v. Massachusetts) is often cited as the precedent to justify a federal mandate requiring Covid-19 vaccination. The ruling in that case was very narrow and stated that Mr. Jacobson could either take the smallpox vaccine or pay a $5.00 fine (equivalent to approximately $140.00 today). One cannot read about vaccine mandates, including the current intrusive Covid mandates, without citation back to the 1905 Supreme Court decision. Jacobson has been referred to and cited numerous times over the past 100 years in cases as diverse as forced saluting of the American flag, limiting religious exemptions, gun control, voting rights, abortion (Roe v. Wade) and restrictions on church gatherings. Jacobson is everywhere!

Perhaps most notorious and objectionable, Jacobson’s reasoning was the basis for Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes’ 1927 decision in Buck v. Bell, which allowed compulsory sterilization of intellectually impaired individuals. The 1905 Jacobson ruling is the only case cited as precedent in that opinion. In Buck v. Bell, Justice Holmes and the Supreme Court upheld Virginia’s eugenics law which mandated involuntary sterilization of cognitive challenged people referred to as “imbeciles”. The vote was 7-2. Holmes equated government-compelled sterilization to government-compelled vaccination. Holmes wrote: “the principle that sustains compulsory vaccination is broad enough to cover cutting the Fallopian tubes.” Thus, in this single sentence, Holmes expanded the scope of Jacobson beyond its narrow boundaries to support forcible intrusions onto body autonomy.

The current coercion for mandatory vaccination is equally as disgusting and objectionable as the Holmes ruling was for sterilization. In the current iteration of the legal interpretation of the 1905 Jacobson case, our government and corporate “leaders” have cast the unvaccinated as the “imbeciles” and rather than castration or cutting of Fallopian tubes, they have stipulated the dystopian choice of either loss of employment or involuntarily taking an “accelerated approval” novel drug. (As an aside, rather than financial devastation, some might prefer the Justice Holmes legal remedy.)

Jacobson reasoned that vaccine mandates are a part of the general power of states to protect public health, safety and morals, powers that were only limited (at that time) by a constitutional prohibition against “arbitrary” action. If a governmental enactment bore a “real and substantial” relationship, to use Jacobson’s terms, to the end it sought to achieve, the enactment (of the mandate) would survive review. This current mandate does not and will not achieve the ends sought by government. Those ends, as required by previous vaccines and mandates, are to stop infection and transmission of the virus and achieve herd immunity and ultimately eradication of the disease. That was true for smallpox, measles, mumps, and rubella as the effectiveness of those vaccines approach 100% in reaching those goals. The mRNA “vaccines” have not kept the promises of 90-95% effective made last December. Effectiveness of the Pfizer shots are down to 18-39% after 6 months in various studies. The Pfizer drug was “approved” faster than any prior vaccine and was based on 6 months of data rather than 2 years as was the trial design. There was no formal and customary FDA advisory committee meeting prior to approval and the control group was eliminated by offering the shots to the control group participants.

Furthermore, in the Jacobson court ruling, Justice Harlan recognized that a vaccine mandate could not be enacted based on pretextual motivations and the mandate could not be enforced in an arbitrary fashion against particular persons. In regards to the “pretextual motivations,” Harlan explained the courts would need to disallow the mandate if the effect of the mandate did not protect the public health. It is now widely known as a result of observational data, clinical trials, and admission by the CDC that the mRNA shots do not prevent infection or transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The pretext for the Covid mandate is not fulfilled by the means to achieve the ends. The proponents of these inoculations are only left with advocating for a reduced severity of disease and perhaps less death. But even that is debatable. Israel is 80% “vaccinated” with Pfizer and in September, 2021, they had 130% more cases and 56% more deaths than they had the previous year (2020). Reducing severity of disease without preventing infection or transmission of the virus fits the definition of a treatment and not the historical definition of a vaccine.

Regarding the “arbitrary” fashion of applying the mandate against particular persons, Justice Harlan wrote: the enforcement power of the state cannot be “exercised in particular circumstances and in reference to particular persons in such an arbitrary, unreasonable manner.” Hospital workers are “particular persons” and enforcement of the mandate against them will not protect the public health or the public safety. As the CEO of United Regional Hospital (Wichita Falls, TX) stated in her mandate announcement video, there has been no confirmed case of hospital staff infecting a patient with Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic last year. Paradoxically, the mandate may well result in worsening of public health and public safety due to the loss of well-trained and experienced ER and critical care hospital staff who may resign or be fired due to refusing the mRNA injections. The hospital has already been replacing nurses and other staff with out-of-town “travelers” – expensive replacements, often less experienced and less skilled with no connection to our community. All of this has been imposed upon nursing and other staff shortages that existed prior to the pandemic. Thus, enforcing the mandate against these employees should be considered arbitrary and unreasonable.

But mandating that a person take a vaccine is only half of the issue. The other half is what happens if a person refuses the vaccine and what alternatives are there to the vaccine? Mr. Jacobson had to pay a $5.00 fine. In the case of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccination mandates, the CDC allows diagnostic testing for antibodies to the virus (IgG) or proof of prior infection as an alternative to vaccination (CDC.gov, 2013). Prior to the 2020 politicization of the CDC, natural immunity was recognized for the immunity gold standard that it represents. In the Jacobson majority opinion, Justice John Marshal Harlan wrote “so long as there was a reasonable fit” between the measure adopted, and the government’s interest to promote public health, the law was valid. A choice between a coerced unconventional and poorly effective “vaccination” or the loss of one’s life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness does not appear to be a “reasonable fit”. There is no proportionality in the legal remedy being considered. By the standard expressed in the often quoted Jacobson case, the current vaccine mandate would not be held valid.

During the past 100 years, the Jacobson ruling has been tortured and contorted and applied to many diverse legal conflicts, the net result of which is to justify an expanded view of federal and state government power. It has been described as an “escape hatch” from the Constitution. During 2020 and 2021 we have seen and experienced the effect of Jacobson’s assault (and its contemporary amplification by Justice Roberts) upon our Constitutional rights and protections in the realm of lockdowns, mandates, masks, church gatherings and other freedoms of association. With the replacement of Justice Ginsburg with Justice Barrett on the Supreme Court last year, we appear to be returning to a more Constitutional interpretation of the Free Exercise and Due Process laws (Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn v. Cuomo). Federal and state governments, local health departments, corporate and physician leadership will hopefully soon understand that the occasion of a pandemic or other health crisis does not suspend Constitutional rights, freedoms, and liberties.

Quietly, without debate, one of the most dangerous attacks on American freedom and sovereignty is moving through Congress and headed to President Trump’s desk for signing,. The USMCA agreement will create a North American Union worse than the European Union. Yet there is no voice of opposition being heard. My friend Rich Loudenback has written a urgent, detailed report on this looming disaster. He shows clearly that this is not an improvement over NAFTA as claimed. In fact it contains most of the provisions of NAFTA, plus a lot more. It will be a disaster to American industry, especially for agriculture. President Trump is being lied to by his trusted advisors and he is clueless about their deceit.  Why is he clueless? Because he can’t possibly be supporting something that is so comprehensively bad for America and even antithetical to his wall.  Perhaps he so strongly wants to believe in the USMCA, that he’s been easier to be ‘covertly convinced’ about ‘the deal.’

Lest one good American with his ear can open his eyes before this arrives on his desk, it’s a real ‘done deal.’ It appears he is ready to sign it immediately, leaving with these advisors, his trust.  He will be screwed!  And America will be ‘transformed’ into a different world.

Believe it or not, I have actually had a couple people tell me they think it’s possible that Trump does know the truth about the USMCA, which would make him also part of the problem.  Like most devout Trumpers, I choose to believe that that’s not possible.  I am all in for him, but this USMCA just doesn’t comport with his many, many incredible accomplishments and persona projecting American greatness.

Trump’s signing the USMCA will, in fact, be the biggest mistake of his presidency to date and unfortunately will probably become his enduring legacy.  He will be ‘The US President That Signed Off America’ to be run by the UN/globalist community steered most largely in America by the clandesant deep state managers at the Council on Foreign Relations in lockstep with their UN/globalist comrades.

Once he signs this monstrosity of deception with all its controlling tentacles that will render our government and our Constitution feckless, President Trump doesn’t get a do-over.  He was able to cancel TTP and TTIP because they were still looming bills in congress.

When he signs this as law, that’s it!  It has a six year review written into it and an 18 year renewal statement.  Trying to get out of it will be like England’s’ BREXIT but tougher, because a lot more money will be easily spent to hold us down since we are the globalists’ biggest threat.

One of many negative issues for the United States is cited by Christian Gomez in his article ‘What’s Really in the USMCA’ stating, “In the name of protecting fishes and other marine life, the United States would have to surrender its sovereignty over all of its waterways and miles of coastal oceans (including everything under, on, in, and above them) over to the jurisdiction of UN international law.”

What is particularly sickening about this horrendous climax about to befall America is that literally all the supporting conservative talking heads on TV & radio have bought into this because they believe in our great President and don’t fathom that his enthusiasm for it is the product of ingenious ‘stealth programming’ of him by others.  Virtually no one has done any vetting.  Worst of all, our apathetic citizenry is not present on most issues anymore and totally oblivious on this one since there has been no causations to notice for concern.

How many patriotic Americans are going to tolerate President Trump’s much vaunted USMCA once it begins being implemented by the powers of the UN globalist, once our patriots see what the USMCA really does.  It will:

We should be livid, because they generally like to say they voted for the ‘bait’ woven into the document for them to justify their votes, like they are pearl-like gifts for dairy farmers or other special interests.

However, it runs for 1,809 pages — 1,572 pages for the treaty chapters, 214 pages for additional annexes, and 23 pages of side letters. Obviously, the mammoth size of the agreement should set off alarm bells that much more is involved than “free trade,” which should mean the absence of government intervention.

Larry Kudlow, President Trump’s Chief Economic Advisor assures Trump that Lighthizer is the best negotiator we have and the USMCA is just what we need.

Council on Foreign Relations President Richard Haas said “The USMCA looks to be the trade pact formerly known as NAFTA plus 10-20%. Hope it becomes a precedent for TPP. I suggest the US-Pacific Trade Agreement (USPTA),” Haass said on Twitter, adding, “What matters is that the US joins it; doing so would bolster our strategic position visa-vis China and our economy.” The next day, Haass again took to Twitter, where he reiterated his renewed hope of the United States rejoining TPP. Haass tweeted: “USMCA is NAFTA plus TPP plus a few tweaks.”

The USMCA — the NAFTA replacement — represents the next globalist step toward the economic integration of the United States, Mexico, and Canada into an EU-style North American Union.

Oh, and they said NAFTA would boost our trade in large numbers and add at least 177,000 new jobs.  Yet, after having had a trade surplus for years, we immediately went to a $15.8 billion deficit the first year and it has increased every year since and we LOST at least 700,000 jobs stated Robert E. Lighthizer in his remarks on a NAFTA renegotiation, Aug. 16, 2018

Now VP Mike Pence’s office states, “The U.S. International Trade Commission says that within five years, the USMCA could add up to $235 billion in new economic growth and 589,000 jobs to the U.S. economy. 

Yet, The United States International Trade Commission website usitc.gov, their article ‘USITC Releases Report Concerning the Likely Impact of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA)’ those claims differ markedly:  “The Commission’s model estimates that USMCA would raise U.S. real GDP by $68.2 billion (0.35 percent) and U.S. employment by 176,000 jobs (0.12 percent). The model estimates that USMCA would likely have a positive impact on U.S. trade, both with USMCA partners and with the rest of the world. U.S. exports to Canada and Mexico would increase by $19.1 billion (5.9 percent) and $14.2 billion (6.7 percent), respectively. U.S. imports from Canada and Mexico would increase by $19.1 billion (4.8 percent) and $12.4 billion (3.8 percent), respectively.“  ???  Right.

The late, Professor Robert A Pastor, one of the leading architects of the European Union wrote in Foreign Affairs, the journal of the Council on Foreign Relations: “NAFTA was merely the first draft of an economic constitution for North America.”

OUT OF NOWHERE, THE USMCA PUSH HAS STRANGE BEDFELLOW:  NANCY PELOSI

Making the strongest of statements on how bad this monstrosity must be,  the person that would do about anything to hurt Trump, Nancy Pelosi, all of a sudden is pushing for its passage, in fact, its reported that after having a lot of new Progressive stuff inserted into it at the last minute, she is even now trying to take credit for the bill and its passage.  That is all most true Constitutional conservatives should need to hear to ‘catch on.’

If this passes by the Senate and Trump eagerly signing it, there is NO second chance!  Trump was able to cancel the TPP/TTIP on the 3rd day of his Presidency because it was still just a bill in progress.  Once he signs this giant win for the globalists it would take Congress and Trump to repeal it.  Good luck with betting on Congress.  This could be tougher to accomplish than BREXIT in England, given the kind of money that would be available for our sorry LOBBYI$T loving legislators and see how frustratingly BREXIT has been going, going and going.  It’s possible that spirited American patriots may be more inclined toward civil war than putting up with absolute control by unelected, unaccountable, global elitists who know what’s best about everything for everybody in a Socialist world.

We have almost no time left to wake up Senators and especially President Trump.

I really want to believe in President Trump enough to think he would nuke this masterpiece of sovereignty destroying, evil deception as soon as he recognizes the truths about it.

MADRID — Inmates at government schools in Canada and beyond are being absolutely terrorized with “climate” alarmism, to the point that some of them were convinced that they will die in just 8 years unless the United Nations is given more power and money. Scientists have compared the tactics and hysteria to those used by cults and dictators.

The poor children were absolutely terrified. “We are gonna die! I don’t want to die!” screamed one little child during a propaganda session on “climate” forced on 2nd and 3rd graders at a public school in Toronto. A concerned parent who reached out to FreedomProject Media about the scandal, Lejla Blazevik, said her 8-year-old daughter told her the rest of the class had joined in, too.

Her own daughter, Joylaea Blazevic, got home from school after the indoctrination and recounted what happened at school that day: “She’s like: ‘Mommy, they said that we’re going to die in eight years.’” Even believers in the man-made global-warming hypothesis, including child psychologists, told media outlets reporting on the traumatic incident that it was “inappropriate.”

Among other things, the video featured Swedish girl Greta Thunberg scolding adults. The video included the now-infamous remarks: “People are suffering. People are dying. Entire ecosystems are collapsing. We are in the beginning of a mass extinction and all you can talk about is money and fairytales of eternal economic growth. How dare you!” After that, a clock counting down 8 years was shown to the students, causing panic.

Ms. Blazevic vowed not to give up in this fight. “Again, my concern is for the 7- and 8-year-old children in this grade 2nd and 3rd class who may still believe that they’re going to die,” the mother told The Newman Report in an email before the story became an international scandal following an article in Canada’s National Post. “Also, the parents of these children need to be notified.”

School officials have issued contradictory responses to the scandal, ranging from denying and downplaying it, to apologizing and claiming it was for the children’s own good. On several occasions, according to emails obtained by The Newman Report, administrators claimed that it was just one student who yelled about dying. School officials also later claimed that the student in question had a habit of shouting that.

But not according to Ms. Blazevik, who wondered which of the contradictory statements by school officials were lies. “It was most of the children in the class who exclaimed ‘I don’t wanna die’ and not only one child,” she told The Newman Report. Indeed, the concerned mother spoke to a 7-year-old girl from her daughter’s class in front of that girl’s father, “and she said that she was happy that she’s going to die soon because that meant that she didn’t need to get married,” Blazevic recounted.

School officials also later claimed that students were “debriefed” and that the “nerves” of the children were “likely calmed” by re-assurances that they would not die from supposed man-made warming in 8 years. “My daughter is the best student in class, she attends school regularly and she is sure that the class was never corrected, not even on that day, during the presentation,” Blazevic said, expressing concerns that government-school employees were misleading parents and students.

School officials claimed the purpose of the propaganda video was actually to help the children to “resolve” the supposed problem of man-made climate doom. “Once again, we regret the impact the video and clock had on Joylea,” Prinipal Michael George told Blazevic in an e-mail obtained by FreedomProject Media. “Our intent is always to create critical thinkers & problem solvers with a perspective of contributing to the well-being of our global community.”

Meanwhile, in Germany, outraged citizens protested after the state-broadcaster showed video footage of young school children being taught to sing that their grandmothers are “pigs” for eating meat and driving gasoline-powered cars. “Every day my grandma fries herself a pork chop,” the seemingly happy children sing. “She does it because discount meat costs nearly nothing, my grandma is an old environmental pig!”

All over the United Nations COP25 “climate” summit in Madrid in December, meanwhile, brainwashed children ran around screaming about the alleged need to dismantle free markets, patriarchy, the economy, Western civilization, and more. They also demanded that the UN loot Western taxpayers, ban airplanes and “fossil fuels,” restrict meat consumption, and much more.

Leading scientists in Madrid, such as Princeton physicist and Trump advisor Dr. William Happer, warned that this was the behavior of a dangerous “cult.” “I hope sooner or later enough people recognize the phoniness of this bizarre environmental cult and bring it to an end,” said Happer, who added that the UN and governments were “wasting our time talking about a non-existent climate emergency.”

Clearly, though, the children are being prepared for something big. Former Vice President and discredited “climate” guru Al Gore, for instance, was quoted in the UN’s propaganda book “Rescue Mission Planet Earth: A Children’s Edition of Agenda 21” calling for a “worldwide monitoring system staffed by children … designed to rescue the global environment.”

THE TAKEAWAY

The mass-murdering totalitarian regimes of the 20th century such as those of National Socialist (Nazi) Adolf Hitler and Chinese Communist butcher Mao Tse-Tung relied on remarkably similar tactics to those now being deployed against Western children. With a combination of fear-mongering, indoctrination, and propaganda, these savage regimes drove a wedge between parents and their children, turning the children against their families to facilitate the destruction of liberty.

The results were deadly and catastrophic. Indeed, those tyrants collectively slaughtered hundreds of millions of people and enslaved billions more. It is time for parents to step in and put a stop to it — now — before it gets too far out of hand.
