American Journal Daily is putting out a piece today (2/9/22), written by Daniel Ottomire, entitled “Red Wave Just Crashed on President Biden—38 Republicans Order Joe to Take a Cognitive Test Right Away.” Ottomire reports that Republicans are concerned—and for good reason—that Joe Biden’s “wits have left him.”

Nearly 40 Republicans have written a letter, spearheaded by Rep. Ronnie Jackson of Texas, former White House doctor to President Trump, asking the 79-year-old to take a cognitive test. So far, Democrats have refused to cede that Biden is in a muddled state.

Ottomire writes, “Imagine that. Democrats are forcing a sick man to stay in office, just so they won’t admit they were wrong. Such a thing could be considered elder abuse and worse. But if they do subject him to a test and he fails, the party would suffer even more in the midterms.”

What Of This?

I have no doubt that Biden is mentally handicapped at this point. But I don’t see the Democrats budging on this. Why?

First, Why would they? Even if Biden is submitted to a test, does anyone half-way familiar with the way Democrats “doctor” records, and have for years, that the American people will get an accurate accounting? Further, Joe Biden was in cognitive decline as a candidate for president, only campaigning out of his basement – yet the American people apparently “voted” him into office. With the integrity of the Biden election at issue here—and continues to be—they are not worried about “elections.”

Second, Biden and the Democrats are crushing the country into socialism more quickly than we can pull out a test and administer it to Joe Biden. With literally millions pouring through our southern border on a yearly basis, without so much as going through a turnstile, the pro-Democratic Welfare State of uninformed voters grows exponentially. The Republican response? “Demand” Biden take a cognitive test. Mmm.

As a matter of fact, the Border Patrol, as Angie Wong of The Post reports this week, after having spent several days on the border: The Border Patrol “ “has changed from an enforcement agency to a concierge service.”

Worse still she writes that “The southern border of the United States has become a suggestion, a line that vanishes a little more each day.” Even worse than that is the fact that not only is Joe Biden flagrantly violating U.S. Law each and every day, but is now actively working with the cartels and coyotes, coordinating on “when and where drop-offs will happen.”

This does not merely mean that we have lost control of our own country’s borders—but we have lost control of the government itself which is in an active war AGAINST the American people. Yet, Biden still sits in Washington, D.C., flinging out his nasty charges against the common working class.

Dan Stein, the president of Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), adds that, according to the official government documents that came out this week recounting the low numbers of illegals deported in 2021, that “for all intents and purposes, the Biden Administration has implemented the radical left’s goal of abolishing ICE.”

As FAIR puts it, Without common sense limitations on immigration and the resulting population growth, virtually every social cause is lost.

Perhaps most frightening is the following, posted on February 7, on the DHS website:
“DHS remains committed to proactively sharing timely information and intelligence about the evolving threat environment with the American public,” said Secretary Alejandro N. Mayorkas. “We also remain committed to working with our partners across every level of government and in the private sector to prevent all forms of terrorism and targeted violence, and to support law enforcement efforts to keep our communities safe. This NTAS Bulletin outlines the key factors that have increased the volatility, unpredictability, and complexity of the current threat environment, and highlights resources for individuals and communities to stay safe.”
The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors. These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence. Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation.

There you have it. Targeted as “terroristic threats” are those disseminating “misinformation” and “disinformation.” Any party that “undermines public trust in government institutions” is a terrorist. “Sowing discord” –like the truckers in Canada—is an punishable offense.

And the strongest Republican response to this open WAR AGAINST AMERICA is Milquetoast Mitch McConnell’s “wait until the next election” rhetoric or 38 Republicans “demanding” Joe to take a cognitive test. I say, the Dems are going to have the last laugh if something else is not done, and quickly.

Bill Lockwood: Destroying Private Property in America Will Bring Widespread Poverty 4 (1)

Consider this headline. In Defense of Destroying Private Property. R.H. Lossin writes in the liberal The Nation, that, in the wake of the George Floyd Black Lives Matter rioting, the “mainstream media reaction” “has been surprisingly tempered.” The socialist answer, of course, is that the “property destruction” might just be a “reasonable and articulate expression in itself?” After all, the reasoning goes, “broken windows and burnt cars are simply not commensurate with the violence of state-sanctioned murder or the structural violence of poverty that has placed people of color at a disproportionate risk of dying of Covid-19.”

Lossin even quotes Martin Luther King, Jr. to suggest that looting demonstrated a keen understanding of a political economy organized around repression, exploitation, and disenfranchisement: ‘Often the Negro does not even want what he takes; he wants the experience of taking … knowing that this society cherishes property above people, he is shocking it by abusing property rights.

Call it what you will—Martin Luther King apparently endorsed “abusing property rights.” So does the socialist The Nation media outlet.

This has become a common nightmare reality in America, where the powers-that-be have allowed the BLM rioters to openly and brazenly destroy private property. So widespread has this become that it was not uncommon for store owners to spray-paint homemade wooden signs on the front of their properties that read: “We support BLM, please don’t hurt us.”

Worsening matters even more are the local prosecutors and judges who have no desire to enforce the law or punish those committing the crimes. In denial of common-sense, rioters, looters, even murderers are being released back into the cities by activist judges and anemic justice systems to create more destructive havoc on the citizens. Mobs are growing and violence-mongers are now stalking our streets while private property and even life is being destroyed.

In the end, a society that does not respect private property rights is doomed to regress to the backward state such as is lived in the rest of the world.

The Mystery of Capital

One of the greatest books explaining the essentiality of private property rights to liberty and prosperity is the work of Hernando de Soto entitled “The Mystery of Capital: Why Capitalism Triumphs in the West”, But Fails Everywhere Else, published in 2000. De Soto points out the following.

The real nature of private property. The nature of private property is not “part of the physical world” but is about invisible things, explains de Soto. “It is an implicit legal infrastructure hidden deep within their property systems—of which ownership is but the tip of the iceberg.” Formal property law. Without it, there is no such thing as private property.

Property actually is the formal title, the recognized uniform law of the country. It is an integrated system of “legal property rights.” For example, other nations have the same and even more “assets” than the United States. There are far richer countries in terms of natural resources. The difference is that Third World countries do not have the law system that we have and “lack the process to represent their property or create capital.”

To illustrate, if one cannot prove that he or she owned anything – by way of legal title recognized by a uniform law code– then that person will be likely forced to bribe his or her way through bureaucracy, or, with the help of his neighbors, take the law into his own hands.

Consider much of the American Plains Indian culture. Concepts of private property were far different, and practically non-existent. There was absolutely no “law structure” outside of a local band of Indians living together, and even in this small group, accumulation of goods was discouraged. A great man was to give his ponies away—not collect a personal herd.

Owning land was unheard of. The Native Americans simply lived off of it and wandered it freely, hindered only by stronger tribes that warred with them.

This lack of formal property meant that nothing could be borrowed from any “banker,” for there was no collateral—not to mention banks were non-existence in that culture. Subsistence was hand-to-mouth, and might makes right. Rudimentary living. So exactly, without formal property law and a legal system that protects that property, that private property is worthless.

This is exactly the manner in which much of the world now continues to live. De Soto estimates that there is $9.3 Trillion in “dead capital” in foreign and third world countries. Dead, because it is not able to be used to draw upon and create capital. And this is due to the lack of a law system that protects that property.

The lack of legal property thus explains why citizens in developing and former communist nations cannot make profitable contracts with strangers, cannot get credit, insurance , or utilities services: They have no property to lose. Because they have no property to lose, they are taken seriously as contracting partners only by their immediate family and neighbors. People with nothing to lose are trapped in the grubby basement of the pre-capitalist world.

This is the warning to modern America. If our legal system is going to disregard the private ownership of property, the capital in which workers have invested their monies and themselves, then we are moving back to primitive living—to the grubby basement of the pre-capitalist world. And by witnessing the violence-ridden inner cities such as Baltimore or Detroit, that grubby living is not far off.

Either the legal system will protect Americans, or Americans will begin protecting themselves and their properties outside the boundaries of law. Liberal judges are inviting the Wild West.

Bill Lockwood: Preparing for the Revolution 4 (1)

What exactly is occurring to America? We have erased our borders. Since Comrades Biden and Harris took the reins they have purposefully and illegally poured 2 million of the world’s poor Hispanics into our nation. Many more are on their way. Is this simply the result of “policies gone awry?” Is this all simply about importing more Democratic voters? Or, does diluting the population with millions of more welfare minorities from third world countries have a more sinister angle?

Consider the fact that, since the time of Barack Obama, the black communities in America have been mobilized for violent action, beginning at Ferguson, Missouri, where the Obama team inserted itself and maliciously fomented violent riots. Black Lives Matter, a communist organization, was born during his period. With the assistance of Antifa, another communist group, mobs rioted, looted, killed and burned their way across America in the summer of 2019—with the sponsorship of those today in power.

Wonder if this could happen again? Anger and violence continues to grow in America. Before looking at the end goal, let’s note the root.

Revolution and the Fundamental Transformation of America

Increasing anger and hate is traceable to the anger of Karl Marx, whose specter walks the halls of universities and colleges and whose philosophies are being ingrained in millions of collegiate “useful idiots”—as Vladimir Lenin called them. In his blockbuster new volume, The Devil and Karl Marx, author and professor Paul Kengor thoroughly documents how Marx’s demonic anger flowed through his economic theory and called for action—for violent revolution.

Recall that Barack Obama called for a fundamental transformation of American society, which merely echoed his real tutors, Marx and Engels through figures such as Frank Marshall Davis and Bill Ayers. Marx explained that in order to achieve “communist consciousness, and for the success of the cause, it is necessary that man himself should suffer a massive change.”

This change could only come about through “a revolution”, a process of “overthrowing” the old “filthy yoke and founding a new society only in a revolution.”

Liu Shao-Chi was the Chairman of the Peoples’ Republic of China and head of state from 1959-1968. In his 1965 book, How to be a Good Communist, he sums up the fact that Marxism-Leninism is the “science of revolution.”

Marxism-Leninism is the science of proletarian revolution, the science by which the working class builds socialism and communism … The science of Marxism-Leninism is of little value or no use to anyone who is not a genuine revolutionary, who is not a proletarian revolutionary to the core, who does not want to bring about socialism and communism throughout the world and emancipate mankind, to anyone who does not want revolution or is unwilling to carry it through to the end and wants to stop half-way.

Reading Marx and other socialists such as Shao-Chi is a good antidote against the childish notion that Marx was only about “theory” and that the real teeth was later put into the movement by Vladimir Lenin. “’Without revolutionary theory there can be no revolutionary movement.’ But Marxism emphasizes the importance of theory precisely and only because it can guide action.” Action. Marx was all about action. The proletariat (working class) against the bourgeois (property-owners).

Enter the Critical Race Theory

This revolution is already underway in America. It has come to us in the modern form of Critical Race Theory, an offshoot of Marxism. In pop culture it is called Woke Ideology, which, like its father Karl Marx, is atheistic in nature, and provides a seed-bed for revolution.

A fabulous read by one who lays it all out in a nutshell is the book Awake, Not Woke: A Christian Response to the Cult of Progressive Ideology, by Noelle Mering. Ms. Mering explains what is Woke Ideology.

The term woke refers to the state of being alert and attuned to the layers of pervasive oppression in society. While it originated specifically with regard to racism, it has since broadened to include all areas of social oppression commonly considered to be along the lines of gender, race, and sexuality. Specific acts of injustice are used to serve the larger goal of furthering the ideology that sees all of human interaction as a power contest.

The CRT simply substitutes gender, race and sexuality for Marx’s bourgeois and proletariat. The game has not changed. Stir the underclass with dissatisfaction. Stoke resentment of the “peasants” into fierce rage.

Sweeping through present day America is the fire and rage of long simmering cultural revolution that has boiled over into months of violence and rage in the streets. Bystanders are accosted by angry mobs demanding they raise a fist in their air in support of Black Lives Matter. Crowds descend on residential neighborhoods in the middle of the night with bullhorns chanting profanity-laced screeds for residents to literally and figuratively ‘Wake Up.’ … Like the revolutionaries in Maoist China, their goalposts move swiftly from justice to vengeance to abolition—of the police and ultimately of authority itself.

In the end, the entire movement is destructive in nature and revolutionary in orientation. This is what is occurring in America with rapid speed. This is why Joe Biden flagrantly violates not only the immigration laws in our nation but is openly practicing human trafficking as he transports illegals into various cities in the middle of the night. This amounts to a standing army.

How is this going to work, you might ask? Good question. Imagine for a moment that an anti-Establishment Republican such as Donald J. Trump were to be elected into the presidential office again. Imagine further that his agenda includes turning back the ungodly and unconstitutional Roe v. Wade abortion decision. Or, just suppose that there might stand up enough solid Republicans with him to reverse the Obergefell decision that allowed for homosexual marriage in our nation.

I ask you: what are the streets going to look like when this occurs? Exactly. Now you know what the Left is up to.

Bill Lockwood: Vax Totalitarianism 4 (1)

It’s happening all around the world; Anti-Vax Protests. Responding to the tightening regulations orchestrated by Klaus Schwab and the Word Economic Forum and implemented by socialist world leaders, people are rising in rebellion against this totalitarianism.

In France there have been over 105,000 protestors. Germany has seen 16,000 in Hamburg alone as the government there considers beginning mandating the jab for 5-11 year-olds. Forty thousand protested in Vienna, Austria against “compulsory vaccinations.” Massive fines have been proposed there for citizens who are not convinced they ought to comply to these government mandates. CNN reports that 3,000 protestors tried to storm Parliament buildings in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister of England, has led the country to end “All covid passports, mask mandates, work restrictions.” He further announced that “Self-isolation rules may be thrown out at the end of March.” Covid passes for nightclubs will be canceled at the end of this month. “Indoor mask wearing will no longer be required.”

People are beginning to awaken to the facts that there is something definitely wrong in the vaccination mandate program, not to mention the vaccinations themselves. Dr. Peter McCullough has laid it out in five simple points on a Rumble video:

• If people are sick, stay home
• There should be no asymptomatic testing. The virus is not spread asymptomatically. This means we never need to lock down or wear masks as it is only spread by symptomatic person to symptomatic person.
• Natural immunity is robust and durable. Omicron breaks through both natural immunity and vaccine immunity.
• COVID is very treatable if started early, within the first 3 days.
• NONE of the Vaccines are safe. Drop the mandates across the board and vaccines should be taken off the market.

But this is not as much about health as it is government control. Dr. Meryl Nass, M.D. broke a story in The Defender recently which shows that the top health officials, including Dr. Fauci, were all involved in a conspiracy against treatments such as hydroxychloroquine.

Documents stored on the computers of the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) prove that the medicines Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine were proven ‘Curative’ for COVID-19 on April, 2020, but the cures were buried as ‘Top Secret.’

“Despite the science, Dr. Fauci and the medical elites have blocked the use of these effective treatments for coronavirus patients.” “Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA vaccines, accused Dr. Fauci and others of lying and causing the death of over 500,000 Americans by preventing HCQ ad Ivermectin, and other treatments from COVID-19 patients.”

This is exactly what documentation shows. This has been a conspiracy to “disqualify and condemn hydroxychloroquine as a COVID-19 treatment.”

Falling in line with this is the Nazi-style totalitarian control favored by Democrats. Two new surveys by the Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports show that 59% of Democrat voters would support “requiring that citizens remain confined to their homes at all times, except for emergencies, if they refuse the shot.”

Forty-five percent of Democrats would favor placing the unvaccinated in “designated facilities.” Forty-eight percent of Democrats believe that both federal and state governments should be able to fine or imprison individuals who publicly question the efficacy of the existing COVID-19 vaccines on social media, television, radio, or in online or digital publications.

Nearly a third (29%) of Democrats even support “temporarily removing parents’ custody of their children if parents refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine.”

This is what it is all about. The door into totalitarian control—which Democrats have favored for years—is the VAX DOOR. Science and free debate be hanged.

 

Bill Lockwood: The Black Community & The Disintegration of America 4 (1)

That love of order and obedience to the laws, which so remarkably characterize the citizens of the United States, are sure pledges of internal tranquility—Thomas Jefferson.

The disintegration of America is happening before us in slow motion. We are witnessing the complete erosion or our society by violence and mayhem, deliberately brought about by leftist policies that are completely hamstringing not only law-enforcement, but the entire adjudication process as well. In this wake, smash-and-grab gangs of mostly black thugs are now smashing store windows in major cities and robbing merchants blind.

One area where this is particularly harmful is found in dealing with criminal behavior among the black-communities of America. Running from the slur “racism,” the majority-culture has allowed soft-on-crime policies to go unchecked when it comes to minorities. From the school-house to the court-house, to the open-border sponsored by the Biden Administration, a consistent enforcement of rules is a thing of past.

Heather Mac Donald

Heather Mac Donald is the Thomas W. Smith Fellow at the Manhattan Institute. She is also a best-selling author of many books on cultural issues as well as contributing editor of City Journal. She appeared as a guest on the Tucker Carlson show (guest-hosted by Brian Kilmeade) a few days ago and offered what I consider to be the best “in-a-nutshell” analysis of what is going on in America. Below is the transcription I made.

They were discussing specifically the ending of “cash-bail” for minorities, particularly in light of the Christmas parade homicides committed by Darrell Brooks, Jr. in Waukesha, WI on Nov. 23. Heather Mac Donald speaks first about the growing lawlessness in our society.

She mentions “disparate impact.” This is the concept that policies and procedures and rules appear to have a “disproportionate” impact on minority groups. The assumption is that more blacks are incarcerated, or ticketed, for example, because whites are racist in application of the law. Mac Donald shows that this is nonsense.

Heather: “Brian, we are witnessing the disintegration of civilization right before our eyes. When massive numbers of individuals know that they can rampage through stores, plundering and looting, confidant of their immunity from the law, there is nothing left of the civilized order. The protection of property is the cornerstone of a stable, prosperous society. Merchants have to know they can put their goods in the stream of commerce without being robbed blind.

“Now, the common thread in the shameful looting, in the Waukesha Christmas parade murders, and rising gun violence, is the concept of disparate impact. And unless that concept is explicitly refuted and rejected there’s no way we are going to get a handle on this rising crime.

“The reason that felony theft laws are not being enforced, and the reason Darrell Brooks was put back onto the streets despite an active warrant and a 50-page rap sheet is because enforcing theft laws, … requiring bail, has a disparate impact on blacks.”

Continuing, she adds, “But law enforcement has a disparate impact on blacks, not because its racist, but because the black crime-rate is so high.

“But when you stop enforcing the law in order to avoid disparate impact its blacks who are hurt the most.”

Brian: “Look at the stats; raw numbers. More Blacks are committing crimes than other minority groups, than whites.” “That’s why the arrests are greater and that’s why they are more in jail. Is that what you are saying?”

Heather: “Absolutely. Law enforcement is a function of criminality. It is not driven by racism. The blacks die from homicide at 13 times the rate of whites, that’s because they are committing homicides at 13 times the rate of whites. In NYC, … blacks commit about 75% of all shootings, … even though they are only 23% of the population.” “Whites commit less than 2% of all shootings though they are 34% of the population.”

“So, the solution here is not to stop enforcing the law. That means more mayhem, more deaths. The solution is to tackle – despite what Chesa Boudin (San Francisco DA) thinks is the root cause of crime … he would say poverty and racism—the root cause of inner-city crime is family breakdown.” “As long as that problem goes unaddressed our only solution is to enforce the law in a color-blind just fashion.”

Bill Lockwood: New Ways of Hearing the Holy Spirit? 4 (1)

Fox News ran an article recently by Christen Limbaugh Bloom about being “open to hearing from the Holy Spirit in new ways” (10-4-21). She speaks of “joining a church” that “prioritized being led by the Holy Spirit.” That new church had a woman “pastor” who declared that the Holy Spirit gave her a “vision” as a “message of encouragement to me.”

Bloom marveled that the “pastor” had not only received an “amazing spiritual gift” but had the “discernment to know it was actually an image from God and not just her own imagination.” Eager to learn more, Bloom asked the “pastor” days later how she too, could receive “this type of revelation from the Holy Spirit.”

The answer given was that her “desire to fully understand this type of experience was coming from a good place,” and that these “desires were born of the Holy Spirit.” The “pastor” related that her first instinct also had been to “question the images.” She did not know if they were from God or not. Maybe the “images” and “dreams” were her own creativity? She did not know until an older “pastor” assured her that she was on the right track.

At the end of the day, Bloom writes, faith must play a role in our ability to receive revelation from the Holy Spirit. In other words, there is no certainty here, but one has to believe these visions come from God. This is what “being open to hearing the Holy Spirit” means.

What shall we say to these things?

First, if this is the New Testament method of “receiving the Holy Spirit”, Christianity would never have seen the light of the second century. Everything above speaks purely of subjectivism. No knowledge that God is involved at all. The only thing we are left with is: “God gives good things”; these visions are good things; therefore they must be from God. Upon these grounds every religion, no matter how far-fetched, is valid.

The New Testament teaches us that even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Cor. 11:14). By what criterion does Bloom and her leaders know that Satan is not the one giving the “visions?”

Second, to underscore the subjective nature of what Bloom describes, note that these individuals had to ask others if this is from the Holy Spirit. In the New Testament, the Spirit endorsed His message by “signs, wonder, and manifold powers, and gifts of the Holy Spirit” (Mark 16:17-20; Heb. 2:4). When Philip preached to the Samaritans, they believed because they saw the signs (miracles) that he did (Acts 8:6). What miraculous signs do these give that the Holy Spirit is actually involved? As good-hearted as Bloom and her mentors may be, they have nothing but their own unguided feelings to give them assurance.

Third, if the Holy Spirit is actually inspiring persons like this today, why the need to ask someone else about it? Is this the nature of inspiration that was given to the apostles? Is this how the New Testament was written? Did Paul need ask Peter if his own epistle was God-given or his “own imagination?” If so, how would Peter have answered? “I’m not sure Paul, but if you write good things they must be of the Holy Spirit.” Does this sound like an apostolic conversation?

If this is how one is to establish the truthfulness of Christianity, we are totally lost and Jesus Christ is ridiculed in the streets. But this is where “pop-Christianity” is today. Blind leading the blind. Little wonder we have need of real Bible teaching on the Holy Spirit.

Bill Lockwood: Changing Definitions of a Vaccine? 4 (1)

The Center for Disease Control has just altered its definition of a vaccine. According to newly released emails, the CDC was concerned that the previous definition did not apply to COVID-19 vaccines. Thus, the definition has been re-written right before our eyes, effective as of 1 September.

Formerly, the definition read, “A product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting a person from that disease.” The definition now reads this way, “A preparation that is used to stimulate a body’s immune response against diseases.”

The Epoch Times reports that Alycia Downs, lead health communication specialist for the agency, messaged a colleague on Aug. 19, saying that the CDC’s definition of a vaccine needs to be “updated” since “these definitions are outdated and are being used by some to say COVID-19 vaccines are not vaccines per CDC’s own definition.”

Two items need be quickly noted here, and we hope the truth is not lost on the American people.

First, the injections that the government has been forcing Americans to take have never really been vaccines. This is clear. What is before us by the CDC is a broad-based confession that what has been packaged and sold and forced on the American people under the label of “vaccine”, in fact, never really was that at all. Let all the goose-steppers to the government drum take notice.

More than this, the world-class doctors who have been sounding the alarm against the mandates and questioning the medical research behind the “vaccines” have been on target. Dr. Ryan Cole, a member of the Central District Board of Health and has studied skin pathology, said that the Pfizer injection “induces complex reprogramming of the innate immune system.”

Dr. Lee Merritt, former Navy physical, outspoken critic of the “vax mandates”, labeled the so-called “vaccines” as “genetic mutators.” The injection is a “viral-based genetic mutator.” She is joined by Dr. Anne McCloskey who referred to the “vaccines” as “experimental genetic therapy.”

These types of quotes could be added for pages. But the American populace has never really been exposed to the real science regarding the mandated injections because of a government monopoly on the information flow to the populace. This leads to the next point:

Second, it is apparent that the entire biomedical complex has now become heavily politicized. Socialists in charge of our government have been purposefully and willfully misdirecting the American people the entire time. It is less about science. It is less about medicine. It is less about people’s health. It is political.

And now that the government has intruded upon the biomedical complex, forcing injections, changing definitions, requiring in some cases “vaccination passports” without which one may not enter a business establishment—who can trust what the officials of our government tell us?

Perhaps the thousands of people who have been rushing over the cliff to “get vaccinated” will slow down to realize what is really happening here.

The day our forebears in the Americana have warned about is here. Tyranny. There is no other way to describe President Joe Biden’s pompously mandating the COVID shots for all citizens in American businesses that employ 100 persons or more. Lacking only the enforcement mechanism, the Biden presidency is operating as a dictatorship.

As of Wednesday of this week, twenty-seven governors or attorneys general have vowed to fight President Biden’s mandate that over 80 million private employees receive COVID vaccinations and undergo weekly testing. Putting teeth into the mandate, Biden promises that employers who fail to comply will be fined.

The Biden back door method to implementing such draconian measures is through OSHA—Occupational Safety and Health Administration. So announces his Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, who promised that Biden has a slew of new and greater measures to be unveiled later this week. Vivek went so far as to say: we have to “use every level of government” to tackle this virus.

There you have it. OSHA is a part of the unconstitutional FOURTH branch of government. Truth be told, We the People have allowed unconstitutional actions to accelerate over the past 75—perhaps 100 years– to a degree that now the president feels emboldened to pull off the mask and reveal the dictatorship.

What unconstitutional actions do we have in mind? One illustration out of myriads is the following.

In 2011 Congress passed 81 bills into law. During the very same period, however, federal agencies pushed 3,807 new regulations on Americans. These rules are treated as law. In 2016, federal departments, agencies, and commission issued 3,853 rules while Congress passed only 214 bills into law—a ratio of 18 “rules” for every law.

According to Forbes magazine, the average has been 27 rules for every law over the past decade. From 1995 through December 2016, there have been a whopping 88,899 rules and regulations passed by federal agencies operating beneath the executive branch, but only 4,312 laws for the same period.

This is why federal bureaucrats act dictatorial in that they send out armies of regulatory compliance officers to monitor and enforce regulations, levy fines, make arrests and in general, demand compliance. These officers are unelected and unaccountable to the American people they supposedly serve.

The very first sentence of Article 1, Section 1 of the US Constitution reads, “ALL legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States.” Pretty simple. The Constitution does not allow Congress to sublet its lawmaking authority to the president, bureaucrats, or judges. But even more than that. Congress has only those legislative powers “herein granted.” This means that it has no authority to pass any and every law that Congressional members desire, but only those dealing with specific matters delegated by the Constitution.

Patience, tolerance, and constitutional ignorance in the American people do not begin to describe what has been occurring for nearly a century. Anesthetized is more like it. In the Biden Administration we are staring at the very definition of tyranny.

America is in real trouble. It is doubtful if elections will fix it. That is because our beloved country is now ruled by a Deep State—a behemoth apparatus of unelected Marxists and/or bureaucrats that are sitting in the driver’s seat, taking us over the cliff of totalitarianism. It is “we the people” who have let this monstrosity occur by allowing all powers to gravitate to a centralized government that now knows no bounds.

The Deep State, which openly threatens to completely destroy our constitutional system, is comprised of the main-stream media, which is the tainted mouthpiece for the Democratic Party; the military-industrial complex, the highest levels of the intelligence community, including the FBI and CIA, the national security apparatus, the communistic-leaning university brainwashing centers, plus the Socialist Party (aka Democrat Party).

These conclusions have become exceedingly clear in the wake of special counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the “Russia” probe that plagued the presidency of Donald Trump.

According to the reporting by The Epoch Times, Perkins Coie attorney Michael Sussmann, a cyber-security expert, has been charged with one count of lying to the FBI. However, in the indictment by Durham are allegations that a coterie of insiders working with the Hillary Clinton campaign actually “devised” the “Russia collusion” hoax against Donald Trump, beginning in 2016. The key findings, as well as the implications, include:

There is a Marxist-oriented Deep State that has been at work against all things Donald Trump.
This Deep State was able to manipulate and manufacture public opinion against conservative candidate and later president Trump by “shaping the narrative” of a “collusion” between Donald Trump and Russia, all of which has been found to be groundless. Yet, this narrative absorbed practically every bit of oxygen left in our country.

There is a Deep-Seated Conspiracy to Overturn the Freedoms of the United States. Most of Durham’s 27-page report “details the coordinated actions” of multiple players in the higher echelons of government. Sussmann himself headed a group of key players in the government to

• “devise allegations regarding a secret communications channel between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank.” These allegations were designed to
• trigger an FBI investigation into the Trump organization and “a particular Russian bank.” These insiders, led by the likes of Sussmann, worked with operatives of the Hillary Clinton campaign.
• Their goal was to damage the Trump campaign for presidency. “Durham established at the outset that the object of the conspiracy was achieved.”
• Jake Sullivan, the current national security adviser to President Biden, was himself involved in this conspiracy. Sullivan and Jennifer Palmieri, the communications director for the Clinton campaign, actually teamed up to brief the media on the Trump-Russia collusion story.
• The Main-Stream-Media gladly ran with it.
• The Democratic National Committee actually participated in the overall scheme through operative Alexandra Chalupa who, in turn, began working with willing Ukrainian officials to give the appearance of legitimacy.
• Chalupa had also worked closely with Yahoo News reporter Michael Isikoff, who would then report on one of Trump’s foreign policy team members, Carter Page. These manufactured reports were designed to obtain FISA warrants against Trump’s team. This also was successful.
• After Trump won the May 3, 2016 primary in Indiana, the colluders grappled with how to “roll-out” the entire story against Trump. All conspirators, including Hillary Clinton herself, understood that these machinations would never amount to a real indictment against Trump, but would at least hinder his candidacy, and later roadblock his presidency. This is exactly what occurred.
• British spy Christopher Steele was later brought into the conspiracy. In April 2016, Fusion GPS was hired by Perkins Coie specifically to “continue research” on Trump. Fusion would then turn around and hire Steele.

It is also more than interesting that the left becomes basically “unhinged” when the word “conspiracy” is used to refer to their plots, schemes, and machinations against Donald Trump or conservatism in general. However, after Steele was hired, with approval from Hillary Clinton, he hastily produced and undated infamous “Steele dossier” which alleged “a well-developed conspiracy of cooperation” between Donald Trump and the Kremlin.

At the same time, the Clinton campaign manager Robbie Mook was publicly suggesting on CNN with Jake Tapper that “experts are now saying the Russians are releasing these emails for the purpose of actually helping Donald Trump.”

The incriminating emails in question were those of the DNC that had been released that showed that the DNC had undermined the campaign of Bernie Sanders. Mook went on to say, “This isn’t my assertion. There are a number of experts that are asserting this….This is what experts are telling us.” The experts he had in mind were apparently those of his Marxist club.

Two days later the then-Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe released documents that alleged that Hillary Clinton allegedly approved a proposal from “one of her foreign policy advisors” to “vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security forces.”

Thus, the Russia-Trump collusion was a hoax—hatched in the brains of conspirators against our Republic. More ominous still is the fact that this Deep State continues to control the Unite States. So, whether the topic is vaccinations or unmanageable spending and debt, unconstitutional global “treaties” that strip America of its wealth, more onerous IRS armies grasping for the earned tax dollars of workers, or flagrantly abusing the law by leaving our borders wide open—little will be able to be done by constitutionalists unless strongest measures are quickly undertaken.

We need immediately to begin Nullifying lawless federal actions; establishing “sanctuary cities” and “counties” against the onslaught of this communism; empowering provisional governments at the state level to push back against the feds, or simply secede.
